Contractor reviews in Alviso, California

We recently needed a streetlight repair and had a great experience with Bear Electrical Solutions. From the initial request for assistance to the completed repair, everything was handled within a week, which we really appreciated.

The crew arrived fully prepared with the proper equipment and clearly prioritized safety while working. They completed the repair efficiently, trimmed the surrounding trees with future growth in mind, (to avoid the overgrowth problem again) and left the area clean when the job was finished.

We appreciate Bear and the entire crew for their quality service, prompt response, and the professionalism they showed throughout the project.

A streetlight repair was done recently on our street. Had a great experience with Bear Electrical Solutions. The work was completed quickly and with minimal disruption. They even did some tree trimming so the area is light up better at night.

Will contact them again for any future work.

So grateful to the service people and management at Bear! It’s obvious that they train their employees well. They took the time to assess the situation of low lighting issues in a park close to my mother-in-law’s house. We were concerned that this would impact her opportunity to do her early morning walks. Bear helped solve the problem with better, safer lighting.

Great company!

Very good company management are very knowledgeable in their work field

I have known and worked with Robert Asuncion at Bear Electric for over 20 years. Honest, Reliable, quality service with an unparalleled eye on work zone safety.

We have been following up since February regarding Multiple light posts out and leaning which poses as a huge safety concern. At first they were somewhat responsive but now has resorted to not replying at all. I've submitted multiple tickets and still no answer or action to get lights fixed. Who can I reach out to, to escalate this? Quite disappointing
