Cesar and his team are excellent landscapers. I was having a hard time maintaining my yards on my own and I'm fortunate I met him when he was working on my neighbor's yard. They landscaped my front yard, added a path, fixed my irrigation system, installed my little free library, and helped me set up my garden in the back yard. And now they do regular maintenance for me. Cesar helped me design my front landscaping and offered me thoughtful advice and plant recommendations. They are reliable, efficient, and great communicators.

4 Stars for Cesar’s work. Our yard was filled with weeds. We couldn’t catch up. Cesar came in and our yard was weed free in a few hrs. I no longer groan when I see our yard. Thx Cesar!

I was using Cesar for 2 years until Covid hit. So in the meantime the yard was really neglected. I contacted Cesar and asked him to come take a look at the yard. He came over on his day off and checked the damage. We set a date and he and his helper worked for several hours to get it done. The yard still needs some work. Cesar is always polite, on time and I cannot express how happy I am with his work.
PS his mom is so nice and works hard

Maybe the good reviews are for the higher budget yard projects, but the guy said he would come give me an estimate on yard maintenance. He was a no-show. There really is no more excuse for this, at least call or text to let people know.

This definitely shows lack of professionalism, trustworthiness, and consideration for others. I shifted my day around this meeting.

I will definitely share this when asked about landscaping companies.

I appreciate Cesar’s communication regarding scheduling, recommendations of necessary work and taking initiative in maintaining my yard. He did a fabulous job on trimming my Crepe Myrtle, as well as cleaning up completely from the job. His prices are competitive and he is honest. I highly recommend him.

Cesar is a great guy and definitely does a great job. Always on time and lets you know way in advance when he will be coming by. Price is really good for the service you get from him and he always goes above and beyond.

Cesar’s Landscaping has been dependable, reliable, affordable, and an efficient company. They have worked on my yard (mulched and planted drought resistant plants in the slope) . They came back a few years later to trim and clean up the slope. And they did an amazing job. I have referred a few of my friends and families and they have been happy with Cesar’s services. Cesar is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job not just with the yard work but also on giving suggestion on how to save a penny but still have an awesome result with my yard. Cesar and his team have been maintaining our yard in Berkeley for years. He does a great job at a reasonable price. My wife and I are pretty picky, and he has never let us down. We even had him do a couple of big projects: new decomposed granite walkways and heavy steel edges for our parking strip. He provided good estimates, did the work on time, and did not go over his quote. I wholeheartedly recommend Cesar's Landscaping.
