I purchased an under counter ice maker from M&M and had them do the installation. The service was excellent. Technicians were professional and on time.. They had the machine installed and working within two hours. I was very pleased and would recommend M&M Mechanical to my friends and family.

Be careful who you choose to work on your appliances. They’re not very professional no, do they honor their work? They will take your money

Please do not request services from this place. The worst company I have ever had the chance to work with if you can even call them a company. They are so unorganized and unbelievably unprofessional when it comes to helping out. I had asked for service on a washer and after looking at it, they ordered a part, said I kept using the washer and that a different part messed up, and now won’t return my calls for a follow up. Please don’t pay in advance. I was lucky enough to get my money back but please don’t give this place the time and energy for service. Don’t please don’t give them a chance, as I was wrong in doing so, after seeing a one star review.

Such a pleasant experience. I had family coming over for the weekend and needed my dryer fixed. I called and within 30 minutes he drove here and was able to fix it very fast! 10/10 reccomend!

This guy is busy for a reason! Super nice person, very knowledgeable, very respectful . Called him for a washing machine problem. He knew what the issue was right away , & gave multiple options to resolve the problem. Didnt upsell or mess around . I will definitely use this company again ! 😀

Paul arrived on time to fix our washer. He had the parts on hand and was able to complete the repair timely. he also charged a reasonable fee for the parts and service! 5 Star!

Called Paul around 8:30 to replace the washer front seal. Arrived within an hour and had the seal replaced before 11. Paul is very knowledgeable and great with communication! Definitely going to use Paul for future repairs!

We asked Paul to fix our washing machine, which had broken down once again. He came early and did a great job. The machine is now more powerful and, according to my wife, it is doing a better job of cleaning the stains on the clothes. We were not expecting that. 11/10. Highly recommended!

Called Paul on Saturday morning because my LG refrigerator stopped cooling and he was able to replace the compressor the same day! Luckily he had the parts in stock, he was very professional and gave us 1 year warranty! Very satisfied with his service!

Paul is EXCELLENT!! Free diagnostic!! There was something wrong with my dishwasher. I called about ten places, and the service charge for simply showing up was $85 for the cheapest place. And no one was available until Monday. Enter Paul: he basically unplugged and replugged the machine, and it was fixed!! No charge, since he basically just restarted the machine. Of course, I tipped him for just showing up, and I appreciated his honesty, and it was much cheaper than an actual repair. Nice, honest repairman with integrity (I know, kind of an oxymoron sometimes). He picked up immediately and showed up within thirty minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Call him!!

Paul is awesome. He fixed our fridge in the past which I thought could never be repaired. It did not cost me a lot to stop the leak inside the fridge. I called him again to service my washing machine. Unfortunately, it will cost me like getting a new one. He is honest to let me know what can be fixed or not. He did not charge me his time. He even cleaned the fridge for free. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

He was everything I could have asked for very efficient knowledgeable spoke English perfectly!!!! He was quite a delight but most importantly he did an amazing job fixing our washing machine!!!
