I live at one of The County Of Los Angeles Housing Authority Properties. Horizons Construction Company was contracted to repair the cracks and little rocks from coming off the asphalt driveway. We were notified that the job would last 3 days. December the 18 , 19 and 20th of 2019. This company started in the back on Monday. They were suppose to come back on Tuesday the 19 , 2019 but never showed up are stopped by to say they were not going to do the work because they heard it was going to rain. I had know idea it was suppose to rain. Tuesday morning and up until about the evening it was nice and sunny. It did end up raining on Wednesday. They returned on Thursday to finish the job. My review is about the front driveway repair they did because that is where my parking is located. I feel the job they did is very tacky. They did not line the edges good. Plus left large pieces of rocks stuck on the top of the Sealer. Plus in front of my garage Is a large messy area and black spots from their work. I have not took my car out the garage since Wednesday. This large area was not there the other days. See pictures

I hope Agoura Hills Kitchen Bath Renovation stays a 10 out of 10 agency for a very long time! Although the house needs some touch-ups and repairs, the young man in charge of the move-in inspections is doing a fantastic job of making sure that the necessary work gets done.

We contacted Valentina – the project manager and a talented designer to get ideas and a proposal to remodel a “fixer upper” in the Irvine Village park community. The house had “good bones”, but was completely neglected by the previous owner.
From the very first meeting, we were bouncing ideas around and creating a plan how to make the house look nice and safe and not to break the budget.
Valentina’s style is so calming and helpful. It was a large undertaking and we live in a different city an hour away. So the pre-construction/pre contract meetings had to be productive. And they sure were. We had one meeting at the house to estimate the scope of work and another at the office to look over proposed design and choose the materials. With two-three little adjustments to the design we settled on the kitchen, bathroom and main floor layout. I also got a list of” homework” that I needed to do before the start.
With Valentina’s gentle guidance (and super soothing manner) and Nick’s upbeat and “CAN DO” attitude the project started.
EVERYTHING was easy – of course we decided to add tons of additional little projects that were not in the original contract. The answer from Valentina and Nick was always – “sure we can do it, don’t worry”. Lots of small repairs were just done without extra charge, and for the larger upgrades we were getting fair and reasonable estimates.
Most of the work was done without our presence. Valentina negotiated the price of appliances and got us the best rebates. We picked all of the materials in one visit. Most of the additional items we ordered on line and the company arranged them to be picked up.
The final touches and the final payment was easy and felt like a celebration.
We will be returning to Technik construction for additional upgrades and repairs and highly recommend them.

Nick built my beautiful law office in 2006. I have never met someone more brilliant in knowing all the details of all phases of constitution from foundation to paint, going through laying concrete and rebar, putting windows and doors, wood work, electrical work, plumbing, network cabling, electronic installation, tiling, painting, kitchen work, etc.

Nick does work with his own hands and he's a perfectionist. I have not seen anyone who does work better than him. In addition to that, Nick is a cordial courteous gentleman who will never give you problems or take you to court like other contractors may.

Technick did four projects for us soon after we moved into our Long Beach condo, each with quality and professionalism, attention to detail. In essence, they overhauled the entire 2 BR, 2 Bath unit - everything. The apartment has an elegance and comfort my wife and I are both proud of. Technick LLC completed our home remodel complex project recently. Our remodeling project involved a conversation of a closet into a bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend Technick and their team for any type of home remodeling. We researched several remodeling companies and chose Technick because of their very detailed planning process. There was no organizing and coordinating of contractors, vendors, etc. on my end because Technick takes care of all of that for you, which is invaluable.

Amazing whole home remodel!

Pros-
Nick and Amer were fantastic from start to finish and even after the work was done answering questions when needed.

We screened about 12 contractors to remodel our home. Nick and team really listened to our vision and put it on paper with their designer Hooda for us to see. This is what made the decision for us as we were shopping contractors. Nick also came in at the middle of our other quotes and we thought it was fair in comparison of others. Quoted cost was pretty much what we paid versus what we hear about with finding issues and contingency funds etc. There were a few items that needing to be addressed that was recommended but not required and we chose to address.

The team who did the work were typically on time and if there were delays in traffic or a specific issues, Nick would be sure to reach out to let us know. Things happen and I think both parties need to be respectful, never an issue with Nick.

Cons-
Not much for issues, we had a few touch ups to address after the completion. There is bound to be something you will find, missed paint here or there, but Nick ensured to address.

Work that was done in summary:
- Complete kitchen remodel including removal of load bearing wall. Installation of quality footings and support beam. Jumbo size quartz slab island 5'2" X 7'8"
- Quartz countertops throughout home
