Aaron with ALT construction did an amazing job. We hired him to smooth out our master bedroom ceiling. Our ceilings aren't the kind where you can just scrape off the popcorn, so it's a big process and isn't easy. They did an excellent job with everything. Started right on time and prepped the job and cleaned up perfectly. They were detail oriented and we now have flawless, smooth ceilings. Thank you Aaron and team for doing such a great job. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them for future jobs... both big and small.

Aaron and his team have been fantastic to work with - transparent pricing and communication, flexibility in-terms of schedule (even when we had the occasional delay related to materials), quality work on a wide variety of projects (lighting/electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, landscape/hardscape, flooring/finishes/fixtures, etc.). Aaron even helped source certain hard-to-find materials (such as closet doors for nonstandard spaces that Home Depot and other big box stores could not accommodat).

Our project (which was essentially a full remodel/refresh of a 1600sqft townhome, including our back patio) has come together fantastically. This included full interior repaint, new flooring (including a multi-landing staircase), redoing both bathrooms, recessed lighting install, and much more!

As a final comment, we've referred Aaron to a number of friends and family - we're certain they're in good hands.

I initially called Nick because I wanted to get a couple of different quotes for a room addition I wanted to do at my house. He was the only contractor that actually called me back and showed up on time and I’m glad it worked out that way because I can’t see myself using anyone else for any future projects. It was my first addition so I was unsure of how everything worked but he communicated very well throughout the whole process from beginning to end and I was never surprised with any extra costs. I can’t believe how beautiful the floors are. He is fast to start and has a great eye for detail. I’m so happy and would recommend scale metallic to anyone. Even if you have a floor guy, dump him for this guy. Trust!

Amazing experience. He's a man of his word, and doesn't give you the "used car salesman" pitch. He works right along side his crew, and knows all of the in's and out's of his job. His sub contractors are clean and thorough as well. I had 4 contractors bid my ADU job, and awarded it to Keith because he gave everything to me straight, and put all of the numbers in front of me before we signed the contract. Great guy, and a hard worker.
