Garden staff has poor knowledge level of products. When asked if fiddle leaf fig trees were in stock, employee had no idea what I was talking about, did not bother to research and abruptly hung up on me. Yikes.

If I had one suggestion it would be to be a little more helpful in pleasing the customer. I needed 3-4" of pvc 4" round for a sprinkler job. Went to store a was told it only comes in 7 foot lenghts. I asked if they could just cut the 7 footer down but was told NO. Finally another sales assoc. gave me the name of a sprinkler company down the street who might have it. This sprinkler store also only sold it in long lengths but were willing to cut off a 6" lenght and give it to me for FREE.
