I contacted Price Air initially to get a quote for replacing our furnace and installing a new AC unit, but what I got was much more than just a quote. Freddy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making me feel confident in their abilities.
Because of his professionalism, I decided to hire them on the spot, and I'm glad I did. The job took two days to complete, with Freddy along with technicians Luis and Tomas working tirelessly to ensure every aspect of the installation was done correctly.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and respect for our home. They made sure to protect our floors and furniture from any debris, even taking the initiative to sweep up any mess they might have created. It's clear that they take pride in their work and are dedicated to leaving a job well-done.
Once everything was complete, Freddy made sure we knew how to use the new unit and took the time to test it out to ensure optimal airflow throughout the house. The result is a system that's not only efficient but also incredibly easy to control - even my senior parents can adjust the temperature settings with ease!
