Everything seemed to be done correctly, but the installation took longer than expected. The AC unit was used during hot September and October days. Since then, we haven't had a need for heat yet. A self-inspection found some issues that needed fixing, and there's one more step left. The city will wrap up the inspection and permit process next week. When the city reviewed their work, they identified a few minor problems that needed addressing. Anaheim Heating & A/C took care of it promptly and professionally.

I was even persuaded to sign a one-year service contract, which now feels like a costly mistake. I'm hoping for a resolution where my mini-split is either replaced or properly repaired, and I'm eager to see some positive changes from Anaheim Heating and Air Conditioning.

Hector and Gerardo replaced my heater and A/C last summer, along with new ducting. The AC performed well initially but when winter arrived, the bedroom furthest from the heater proved chilly.

The team analyzed the issue and installed a dedicated duct without extra cost to me. I'm pleased now that this change has resolved the problem. If I could, I'd give them six stars - their service exceeded my expectations. Thanks for a job well done!

Hector did a decent job on my condenser unit, which needed a new capacitor. However, I'm not happy about Anaheim Heating & A/C inflating the price of their turbo 200 universal motor run capacitor to $404 - that's nearly triple what I paid on Amazon ($76.04).
