Felix's Gardner Landscaping

Felix presents himself well, but that's where it ends. After signing up with Felix, we never saw him again unless he wanted our money. Felix' staff do the bare minimum. When we made requests in Spanish (no english speakers), they pretended not to understand and refused to do what we asked. When they did admit to understanding my Spanish, they always repeated "next time, next time."
Under Felix' lack of care, our yard started falling apart. First, the crab grass infestation expanded (no treatment by Felix or his team). Then, dry patches started showing up across our lawn (no actions by Felix or his team, despite complaints).
During fruiting season, our orange, avocado & guava trees starting being weighed down heavily. One day, our avocado tree snapped a major branch; we called Felix immediately, he promised to come the next day.
A week later, Felix shows up, removes the branch and charged by my wife $20 for his 5 minutes of labor. We tell him our orange tree needs support and guava needs trimming. He promises us he'll be back tomorrow with a frame for the orange tree.
He didn't show up. A week later (again), he shows up with a single 2x4, shoves it underneath one heavy branch, charges my wife another $20 & walks away. My wife chases after him saying he had promised to get a basket to protect the whole tree; he says "Eees ok."
The next day, another large branch fell from our orange tree. We called him, he didn't apologize or admit any wrongdoing. He didn't offer to come fix or do the right thing.
We decided to start looking for another landscaper. Our first candidate took one look at our lawn and started laughing at the horrible work Felix had done. He says, "There's a lot of work here!"
I replied, "We know. That's why we need you!"
"I don't know what he was doing...."

Ruining his business into the ground, that's what Felix was doing. Laziness is never rewarded. Hard work and kindness go a long way. Such a shame Felix takes advantage of so many homeowners! $20 for a 2x4? Stay Away!

Live in Hemet, Felix truck and trailer blocking parking at Walgreens located at Florida. Heavy man was rude about my parking which he was blocking by not only by parking but standing outside of vehicle blocking a move to parking space. Then he ridiculed me on my parking. I flipped him off. How dare he be so rude. A employee, if yours was rude. Heavy male, obviously the driver. Hispanic male about 5’11, looks like he is six months pregnant. Hopefully, not your employee.
