Very professional service; we get a call day before someone is coming out; they let us know when the rep is on his/her way and a report on what was done is left on our door. All our landscaping has improved since we began using TruGreen so we highly recommend them.

Don't see any results. No new grass? Don't feel this is a good value. I am able to scatter seed for 1/3 the cost of the service

Signed up for lawn care and separately for tree and shrub care. Trees and shrubs and done fairly well on their watch. Lawn service - less than satisfactory results. Biggest problem - Service and Communication. Each technician that comes out has a different solution for a problem. Blames the problem on the previous technician. They play a shell game when you try to contact them. I have called the local Orange County office MANY times - no one ever answers - it gets forwarded to their National office. These are just office clerks who know nothing about what goes on in the field and are trained to profusely apologize and say they will get it taken care of. Yesterday I received a message saying they were coming today in the afternoon. This morning I received another message saying they were coming between 7am and 1pm. This caused me to cancel other plans for the morning. When the tech showed up in the morning he said he was there for a different type of lawn service - not the aeration and seeding that I was expecting. Turns out that TruGreen had scheduled TWO different lawn services for the same day - one conflicting with the other. When I called the service number to confirm that the service I wanted was still coming they said yes - between 4pm and 5pm. So assuming they actually show up, they will have WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY. THIS COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLY INCOMPETENT and will likely be cancelling any future services from them.

Each technician I have seen has been polite, and VERY willing to answer any questions I've had. I most certainly appreciate the patient explanation of what products are being used on my lawn, why they are being used, and the results I can expect. I would say that I appreciate feeling like a valued customer. I enjoy having confidence that my lawn is nourished; with weeds and odd grasses being controlled....that having a healthy lawn reflects on pride of ownership and enhances curb appeal. TruGreen service ensures that my lawn will look its best. For me, the most value I appreciate is the FRIENDLINESS and professionalism of your highly-trained technicians.

Hahsani did a great job doing a respray to deal with some persistent weeds. He told me what was happening to my lawn and I appreciated the clarity! He was knowledgeable and very efficient!

This company has turned around my yard to make it a beautiful garden. Mosquito control was a big driver for getting started with TruGreen, but I have found their comprehensive care package to be better than I expected.

I always get a real person to address any concerns over the phone. Much appreciated.

I have been on a yearly maintenance schedule with TruGreen for several years. Last visit was required to complete tree and shrub care. Although technician abided by no-contact rules, I was able to talk with her when she had quickly completed the service. She was masked, cheerful, friendly, and reiterated the safety precautions to be observed following the treatment.

Both Mario Contreras and Spencer Thomas arrived early for my appointments, which worked-out well for me. Mario was exceptionally knowledgeable but carried himself with an easy-going demeanor. Both Mario and Spencer were friendly and cordial. I felt very comfortable and confident that they were both conscientious and thorough in the services provided. I have requested that Mario be assigned to my property as my technician of choice.

Javier is very knowledgeable and efficient. This was our first treatment and am confident we will have a beautiful lawn soon!

Demetri came out this evening and did a fantastic job. He really sprayed all the shrubs and covered every where. Last treatment was done and we had mosquitos in our yard within 2 weeks.

Demetri C always does his best to address any concerns we have about our lawn care and mosquito defense and outdoor pest control. He is always conscientious doing the yard applications. We are very pleased with our Trugreen service.

After approximately after 4 visits I showed your employee the large patches of dead grass. He said the cause was grubs and his treatment would take care of the problem. It did not help as the grass is even getting worse. I think the 3rd person had no idea what to suggest.

Richard took care to identify sprinkler heads before starting and did a thorough job of aerating the lawn. Let's hope the grass seed he put down starts to grow!

This is my first year with TRUGreen maintenance program and so far we have been happy. My tech for all visits has been Javier and he has been knowledgeable and very open to any questions I have about what has been done to my lawn and what to expect in the future. Overall we have been happy so far with the service.

Stay away from Trugreen. This is an unethical business. I cancelled my account due to lack of results. However, Trugreen continued to come and service my home and then sent more bills. I then called a second time and Trugreen agreed they serviced my account incorrectly. They told me I had a zero balance. However, I kept receiving an invoice. I called for the third time and they still want a payment. Now I see their negative reviews of similar business practices.
