Stay away from these call center $59 chimney cleaning special people. Its all a lie. These people are very dangerous. They made a mess all over my carpet and won't come back to clean it. I paid them thousands in repairs, and had a bad feeling about it. After calling out another reputable company that I initially passed on since they seemed to expensive and they told me I had been scammed. They showed me video proof of the inside of my chimney which showed it had never even been cleaned in the first place! In hindsight i should have paid the money to have a legitimate company come out and do the work instead of taking a chance with these scammers. They make a mess, they're rude, they charge thousands despite not doing any actual work, and now they've ghosted me. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
