A M A Z I N G service! I contacted James, from Freddy's; he was efficient, professional, and an all-around good guy, during the whole job. I called on a Thursday for a quote, and was given one only a few hours later. James scheduled the trimming and cleaning job THE NEXT DAY. A crew of 3, hard-working men tackled a 30-yr-old pine tree, a 10-ft hedge, a bamboo forest, and a monster bougainvillea which had taken over my parents' front and side yards. The crew did a fantastic job, and their clean up after all tree limbs were chipped was also done very well. Since they did such a great job, my parents wanted them to do some work in their back yard. Two more days of work came from this initial contact; in the following week, crews came back and attacked more bougainvillea madness . . . and they won! My parents are elated, as am I. I am glad that I found Freddy's and could not recommend them any more highly!

These guys did a great job. Honored the quote price and went above and beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend, these guys are efficient and professional. They came out with their boom truck and were able to do everything we asked for and then some and were gone before 2.

Texted photos and got a reasonable quote ans a 2 pm appointment for the next day.

Called Ed at Freddie's Tree Service at 3 pm to inquire as to the whereabouts of the crew.

Ed said he would see why the delay and call back.

4 pm no crew and no call back.

Called and got no answer. Left voice mail to cancel service.

This was in Tustin. CA.

Next day.

Found out worker had a allergic reaction to bee sting and had to go to emergency.

Called me to explain and apologize and offered to come today and remover the stump gratis.

Sam dug it out in 1.5 hours.

So all is well.

Our huge maple tree in the backyard had toppled over with the rain and strong winds. Edward came out to quote me within 20 minutes of calling the company. Quote was lower than 3 companies that I received and on top of that came out the following day and was finished within 2 hours. SUPERB service and fast. I would recommend them to anyone especially in need of emergency service.

They just removed the tree from the side of my house. Unfortunately, they were not able to uproot it due to the space needed to get in. But I'm reassured that if the stump was to grow, they would come back to remove it at no cost. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone. Their price is fair and reasonable.

The last rain storm uprooted my 23 year old mesquite tree. I called Freddy’s tree service to remove it. They showed up with the right equipment, an experienced crew, and finished the job within 3 hours. I had called multiple companies and Freddy’s offered by far the best rate. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using them in the future.

We have a lot of tall trees around our home, and were concerned about possible tree root damage around the house's foundation and backyard. We contacted Freddy's Tree Service and were able to schedule an appointment right away. Eduardo Ureno "Certified Arborist", came to our home and assessed the situation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and then some. Besides his expertise, he is also very pleasant, patient, and shows a genuine passion about trees. We thought we may need major work done, but Eduardo assured us it was not necessary and explained why. It was a big relief for us, and found his honesty and integrity refreshing. Thank you Eduardo.

Second time I have used Freddy's and they are great. The price is right, they showed up for the estimate and job exactly on time, cut some huge branches off my monster pine tree and clean the pine needles from the roof at no charge. They were fast and left the place clean. It took me a long time to find the right tree service and I like Freddy's.

We used Freddy's for the first time when our normal contractor was unavailable and they instantly became our first call on all trees for the office property and several of the executive's personal properties. Kind personnel, very expedient work, and competitive pricing; there's not much more for me to ask for.

I was reminded to write this review as I'm calling them for the third time this year for our office property. We use them regularly and have yet to be disappointed.

Short version: I can't ask for a better tree specialist / certified arborist. I would rate 6-star if allowed.

I turned to Eddy for tree removal and an assessment report on existing trees. He showed up on short notice and provided the quote and the report for free. The conversation was very pleasant, and Eddy shared his rich knowledge and experience on similar issues, giving me lots of helpful advice.

When I asked how I could pay him back for the consultation and the service, he said he didn't provide any services yet and refused to charge me for the consultation. He's very humble, professional, and willingly helpful, and I see strong craftsmanship in him.

The assessment report he provided me for free would have cost ranging from a few hundred dollars to $1000~2000 from every other certified arborist I talked to. And the quote he provided for tree removal is the best I received.

I hope I won't have to bother him in the future, but if I have related jobs in the future, he'll be my turn-to without shopping anywhere else. Strongly recommend turning to Eddy for tree services.

I may have been lucky, but I must say that I had a really good experience with Freddy's Tree Service. My spouse and I needed 5 trees removed from our backyard, so she sent them a message through Yelp in the morning and they replied quickly. At lunchtime, we had a representative come by to give us a quote, which was more affordable than other companies we looked at. We were told that the crew were already working in the area since they were working on another project nearby, so if we wanted to get it done that day, they could come afterwards. The crew came a couple hours later. They were quick, efficient, and really easy to work with. They removed all the trees, removed the roots, and cleaned up afterwards. When they were done, my backyard was clear and our space can be utilized more effectively.
