These guys are the real deal. Sent a message inquiring about having a tree removed and Victor called me promptly to schedule a time to come out to provide an estimate. He showed up on time with his license and insurance information in hand and ready to go. Nice touch of providing all of that up front vs waiting to be asked. We set a date for the tree removal and his crew showed up early and were ready to go. 4 guys removed the tree and cleaned up the entire area in about an hour. They were fast and super efficient. Daniel was my lead person and he was awesome. Will definitely be calling when I’m ready to trim some more trees.

Victor was prompt to respond to my request for a quote and was able to get out the next day. We both had some scheduling conflicts after the original date, but communication was easy and he was flexible about setting a new day and time quickly. His team showed up on time and worked very quickly. They cleaned up well and did a great job. I really like that they are insured as well!

This is the second time we have used Environmental Green Tree Care. They are extremely responsive and offer fair pricing. We had them trim the same tree both times and they went above and beyond to take care of our favorite tree! The team arrived early both times and worked efficiently. They cleaned up the area well after providing the trimming service. We will definitely use them for all of our tree service need.

Victor showed up on time for our consultant, showed up on time, wearing a mask, talked me through some options for various trees, provided a very reasonable estimate, and emailed it to me on the spot so we could schedule a date. On the date selected, his team showed up on time, and they did great work. They were fast, professional, did a great job trimming and cleaning up. They even covered up our spool to protect it from any falling branches. Victor was by far the most professional out of all the companies that I spoke with. He also provided me with his insurance and contractors license information before I could even ask him for it - he was upfront, honest, responsive, and great to work with. i would highly recommend this company!

Cost is very reasonable. The owner scheduled the service also at the same time when he gave the quote as I liked the price. His team showed up right on time and completed the job quickly. We had a flawless experience with EGTC. From the first meeting with Victor to day of service with Sammy and crew, the service was excellent. It is clear that customer satisfaction is paramount to this company. The trees to be trimmed were large and in the middle of a garden and they managed to clean them up without damaging any of the plants underneath. From there, we were able to be scheduled a time for the work that matched with the timeline we were looking for. On the day of, the crew arrived on time, were very professional, and worked almost non-stop for 4 hours removing 100 feet of probably 20+ year old ferns.

The work was near a utility/gas line and the team took care to work around it. We did have some movement of our walkway / cement pavement, but some of that was expected given the size of the trees being removed. The team did the best to minimize that.

In addition to the great experience, I was at ease the entire time the work was being done because of the all the insurance coverage that this company has, I never had to worry about someone getting hurt on my property.

I simply clicked a button on their website, filled out my information, and then within the next hour Victor called me to set up an appointment for an estimate. Victor called me when he was on his way to my estimate so I could be ready for him. The estimate process was so easy as well! Victor never tried to up-sell me or anything like that, he just quoted me for the work that I told him I would like to get done and it was a very reasonable price. Victor showed up on time, respectful, clean and professional, with proof of insurance. And, his estimate was less than others I got! I was given a window of 11 am to 1 pm for the job to be done. Excellent service! Victor came out and gave me a quote within a few days of original contact. He immediately sent me a quote (much more reasonable than I expected). We even added on a few more items and Victor was able to work with us quickly. We were able to schedule the service a few weeks out to fit with our larger project start date.

After they were finished trimming the trees, they completely cleaned up all the areas underneath each tree. We went with Environmental Green Tree Care after getting several bids. Victor was quick to respond to my texts and messages, and I was surprised at how low the quote was compared to other companies on Yelp, especially considering that we were given a big packet of paperwork detailing their licenses and insurance, right off the bat.

They were able to get us in earlier than expected due to a cancellation, and the team arrived early and ready to work. They took out two cypresses and two bougainvillas, as well as trimmed some other trees on the property. The team was quick and efficient, cleaned up everything (and then some), and the price was absolutely right. I recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience with Environmental Green Tree Care with tree removal & trimming of our large eucalyptus trees in the Lake Forest woods. They were professional, timely, courteous, patiently answered all my questions, and were very reasonably priced! I received quotes from several companies and not only did they demonstrate competence in how to safely service these trees, but they also came in at the best price. My primary concern was to be sure that we hired a licensed, reputable company with insurance as these trees grow up to 75 feet in height & can cause a lot of damage if they are not handled carefully. They provide copies of their license, hazard insurance, & worker’s compensation coverage without even having to ask. I watched closely and provided input during our 4 hour job & was truly impressed with their skill in scaling tall trees & carefully removing large branches that were overhanging our street. After the tree service was complete, they made sure to clean up all of the debris & walked through our property to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Environmental Green Tree Care for future tree service or landscaping projects!

Victor and Ben were both a pleasure to work with - very responsive, on time for both the estimate appointment and actual job, and easy to communicate with via text/phone. Pricing was fair and competitive with other estimates we had gotten for the job. I appreciate that they had copies of their business license/insurance ready for me at the time of the estimate, and ultimately was the deciding factor for us between two well-reviewed companies. A crew of 6 men came for our job of trimming 13 trees, and they were done in about an hour, including cleanup. Unlike the general gardeners who I used in the past to trim our trees, they did not completely butcher them, so hopefully the shock is minimal and there will be healthy new growth in the spring.

This team did great work. I asked for a quote online and received a call and follow up visit within 24 hours. They emailed and dropped off copies of their insurance coverage as well as their license which we personally appreciated.

We had one large pine tree removed and three ficus trees trimmed. The team showed up as scheduled with all the tools needed to get the job done. They were communicative throughout the entire process and checked in with us as they progressed to make sure everything was going ok. They did a great job with the trees and left the entire yard cleaner than when they arrived. The price quoted was competitive with other bids we received.

Victor was great to work with from day one. Super responsive over phone and text. Got me all the info I needed to get set up. Love that they are insured and bonded. The job was a little out of their service area, but they were willing to accommodate, gave us a fair quote to remove a huge palm tree. We got an estimate quickly and easily. They even dropped off cones to us so we could use to block off the street the night before! Now that's great service. Victor followed up the day of the service.
