David and his team (Emanuel &Willie) arrived on time, were polite, respectful, professional, did a great job and finished the install of my new furnace within the time they said it would take. They cleaned up after themselves and were good communicators. They also charged significantly less, than their competitors, for a better, more efficient unit. I would definitely recommend Perfect Star to anyone needing heat system maintenance or anyone needed to replace their current system.

After getting at least three bids, we decided to go with Perfect Star Heating and Air for a total replacement of our 20+ year old HVAC system before the heat reached triple digits. From the start, Bob Caldwell was great to work with in understanding our Heating/Cooling needs, his communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Day of the install, our team of Jesus G., JT P., and Bryan A. completely knocked out our project in one day in very impressive fashion. The work was quality, they were very professional, and Jesus did a great job in troubleshooting our issues with Google Nest to get it to work with our brand new system. We are very happy with our decision to go with Perfect Star and our new Lennox unit works great!

So I hired Perfect Star to install a new HVAC a couple months back, and they did a fine job, worked great, fair price, professional crew. Flash forward to today with crazy rain in CA, and I start getting a leak in my roof right below where the HVAC was installed. I called Perfect Star and asked if they can you come take a look. They show up 45 minutes after I call, and it turns out I just had over a foot of standing water on my ceiling because all 12 roof drains had clogged. Clearly not Perfect Star's fault, but Marvic the technician was happy to help. He spent an hour unclogging all my drains and saving my home from even more serious damage. Above and beyond does not even begin to cover this. I was a satisfied customer before, now I am a customer for life. I give 1000 out of 5 stars, which makes no sense, but neither does the kindness which Marvic exuded throughout. I am feeling extremely grateful that businesses with such a focus on service and customer satisfaction like this one even exist anymore. I now must go re-evaluate my world view.

I am so happy we chose Perfect Star to install a new HVAC system. From start to finish, this company is top notch. The sales person, Gilbert, was honest, trustworthy friendly and professional. His quote was competitive and fair. When the team arrive to install the new system, they were absolutely the most professional team we have ever employed for construction type work. The technicians were Jesus G, JT and Tyler. Each one was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, detailed, respectful of our house, and polite. They cleaned up everything after they finished, ensuring the house was returned to its original state. We received estimates from five HVAC companies. The Perfect Star rep Gilbert gave us confidence in the company’s ability to deliver excellent service. He offered a great package, and we wanted to support a local business. They donate to many local charities, and that was a big plus too. I highly recommend Perfect Star.

Tech showed up on time, covered his shoes, then proceeded to the job location. Very courteous. Wanted to swap out some fluorescent fixtures for LED ones. Rather expensive! Thought to do 2 out of 5 but he did so well that I went ahead and sucked it up to have him do all of them. Happy as a clam!!!
