My inducer mortor went out last week and the part was order and installed the same day it arrived. Pretty awesome.
However, the real story is that I have been having air flow problems for 4 years, that 4 different HVAC contractors have not been able to fix. So I use space heaters in addition to a central heating system. My PG&E bill is over the top to say the least.
The cold is very painful for me because I am a terminal Cancer patient taking chemo. I explain this to Terry when he installed the new mortor. To my surprise, he made adjustments to my heater, so my house could get heated without the additional space heaters.
Without his caring knowledge and actions, I would not be enjoying a blissful 70 degrees at night. This speaks volumes about him and his company.
Thank you for caring and the knowledge to help fix the problem. A Shout out to Curtis Holzer Insurance, who recommended Blue Star. Your all are truly awesome.

Very quick service. Friendly tech came to the house. Couldn't fix my problem but diagnosed it and quoted me for a new system. Paid the service fee online. All in the same day.

Blue Star is the best heating and air company I've ever dealt with, our furnace stopped working, it went out early in the week but unfortunately I needed someone to come out on Saturday because of my work schedule, I called Blue Star on Saturday because of the great reviews on Yelp and Google, I'm glad I did, spoke with the owner Jeff who was currently on a job, he didn't think he could come out because of his busy schedule, but said he could try to squeeze me later in the afternoon. He was able to get to my house to check out the furnace and diagnose the problem immediately. I asked him if the unit would need to be replaced since the year earlier another company informed me because of the age of the unit, it would eventually need to be replaced, they normally last for 20 years, so this would make it exactly 20 years. Jeff told me that this unit is in good condition and just needed a part installed, he could have pulled a fast one and inform me that the furnace would need to be replaced, but he told me everything about our furnace, what was wrong with it, what parts would need to be replaced and if I did need to replace the unit how much it would cost. Luckily it was just a part, not the whole unit. This is truly a great company, owned by a great and honest individual, will use this company for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommended, great customer service. Thanks for all your Help Blue Star!

Blue Star is awesome! Jeff is the most committed and down to earth HVAC guy I know. He's got an awesome team, and together they provide what is probably the best HVAC service in East County. The best thing about Blue Star is that if it happens to be the case that they don't provide the best service possible, they have a "no fix, no pay" guarantee.

Additionally, the owner, Jeff Scalier, is a hard working, honest and extremely ethical guy who also happens to have a very funny sense of humor. He's also part of a legacy of HVAC repair men (his father was in the business too). I've met Jeff on more than one occasion and I would definitely trust him to do my deaf and blind grandmothers HVAC with nobody in the house but a hungry dog (who might eat Jeff since he's not a very big guy).

I highly recommend Blue Star. 5 stars for downright awesomeness!!
