Eddie was great! He was friendly, and he went above what he was suppose to do. He even fixed something that the other plumbers hadn’t done correctly the day before. He did such a great job installing my new tub, shower and sink. I also really appreciated how he kept me informed on everything, Eddie’s customer service skills are awesome!!

Ray was great.

Prompt arrival. Was clear about pricing up front. Very courteous and explained the issue (hair lodged past where I could get at it in the drain).

Great service I called Monday morning and they were available in a matter of a couple of hours. Juan was so helpful explained what was needed and quickly made the repairs. I’ll be moving in a few months and will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing issues 👍

Jason came out the same day I requested a quote for a sewer repair. I was able to give him detailed info on the problem and he got right to work confirming the problem. Eddie Plaster with Service Pros did a great job. He came up with fixes to solve a difficult clogging issues with the bathroom sink and tub. Appreciate his hard work and diligence. Eddie and the entire Service Pros team are great to work with, professional and fair pricing, I highly recommend!

Around 10am water was leaking nonstop from the water heater. I turned off the valves yet it was still leaking. I asked my neighbors, phoned a friend, and called 2 different plumbers googled offered to no avail. The top 2 said they’d be there by 1pm but the garage would be flooded by then plus I’d have to leave to work. When we contacted Service Pros Plumbers, they said they’d be here in 20 minutes which they did. Ray Alvarez, the service technician, assessed the situation and was quick to identify the issue. He brought a hose from his van and connected it to the water heater to channel the drain outside. He said the water heater was shot which explains the outpour and we agreed to replace it. The situation was resolved a couple of hours later. As a new resident to the city of Antioch, I know now that, Ray Alvarez, from Service Pros Plumbers is the team to hire!

Very pleased with the responsiveness. Came same day within an hour of my calling. Diagnosed the issue and came up with a few options to correct the issue. Reasonable prices and great quality.

This is my first time using this company. I was happy I was able to get an appointment the same day. Eddie Came in at the time that I was indicated. He changed my kitchen sink faucet. I am happy with new faucet. I would definitely use this company again.

Kari arrived timely and helped me understand what the possible issues were with the leak. He took his time to explain the work needed and the ideal conditions to start the job to reduce impact for the household. Very professional and straightforward.

Amazing/prompt service, and very fair pricing. I had a flooding crisis in both my front and back yards. Service Pros took care of the immediate issue on Friday (I called that morning), and the less urgent issue the following Monday. Very thankful for their superior service!

I needed a plumber to help with a broken water filter system and I called Service Pros Plumbing because they work on the system I own. Juan Campos was dispatched to my house and he was very helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problem, pointed out a few other service issues I had not noticed and gave me options for solving the problems. He was patient, kind and thoughtful in his work. I’d call Service Pros again because everyone I spoke with from the company was terrific.

I could not be happier. They had a gentleman at my house within 2 hours of me calling. The person that showed up was obviously very knowledgeable of his job. He was very thorough and took the time to sit down and explain everything with me. I will definitely be using Service Pros in the future and if anyone needs a plumber this is where you want to go.

Octavio was great! Even though I was able to relight the heater just before he came, he showed me why I was having difficulties with my old heater, what to do if it happens again and didn’t charge. I will definitely use service pros next time!

Jason was amazing in a very stressful gas pipe leak situation. He communicated well and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He didn’t give up until he found the multiple leaks in the line. i will definitely use them for future needs.

I highly recommend that you choose this company to service your needs. I had a major toilet problem that I thought would take a day or so to get done. The service rep was very kind and said she coukd have some one out between 2pm and 4pm. The technician Ray showed up at 1:20pm accessed the situation and the entire job was completed by 3pm. THANK YOU SERVICE PROS!!! Keep Ray on the job!!!

Gave me 3 different options w/ 3 different prices. Amazing! He did a fast, excellent job and didn't leave a mess. My new, go-to plumbers! I would definitely recommend!
