Plumbing reviews in Apple Valley, California

Called about an issue with our water heater and they sent out a tech same day. He(Hutch) got the job done and was courteous and professional. Even explained what the issue was and took the time
to answer my questions. Highly recommend Red Rocket Plumbing.

Jeremy was incredible! Super friendly and does great work. Hands down the best plumbing business in the HD. If you need great service at a great price call Red Rocket.

After a frustrating experience with a toilet that suddenly stopped working we called Hutch, and it was the best decision we could have made! From the moment he arrived, Hutch was incredibly friendly and put us at ease. He quickly assessed the problem with our water line valve and got straight to work.
Not only did he complete the job with impressive speed, he was so conscientious about leaving the area clean, which we really appreciated – it was as if he was never even there, except for the perfectly fixed valve! We were so happy with Hutch's work that we immediately booked him for future maintenance service. If you're looking for a plumber who is skilled, efficient, and genuinely cares, Hutch is your guy!

Jeremy from Red Rocket plumbing was very professional. Took his time explaining what he was doing and did an excellent job. Also provided videos of before and after preforming the work. Will use Red Rocket plumbing again for any further plumbing needs.

I have used red rocket several occasions and referred them to friends and neighbors. They are professional, honest and clean. 100% recommended.

Excellent service!! Red Rocket sent text messages with Plumber name and picture and arrival time. Hutch was very professional, answered all our questions and took care of our waterline out side. He explained everything. It was done quickly, everything works great. Highy recommed Red Rocket for all your plumbing needs. Thank you!

So thankful for the quick response and fixing the leak same day. It was so overwhelming when the water company came and even said there was a leak. The guys were very sweet answered any questions I had. So happy to even have water pressure again! Thank you!

Dean was amazing with very quick service. I will definitely recommend red rocket plumbing to all my friends in Apple valley and the entire high desert

We had an excellent experience with Red Rocket Plumbing! From the moment we called, they were incredibly responsive and got someone out to us quickly. The plumber (Hutch) who came was not only professional but also caring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure we felt comfortable with the process. They completed the job in a timely manner, and everything is working perfectly now. It's hard to find service like this—efficient, thorough, and with a personal touch. Highly recommend Red Rocket Plumbing for any plumbing needs and we will for sure be using them again for any of our future plumbing needs.

Extremely overpriced for a small job by cutting a 6 ft. Exposed gas pipe outside. I was charged $760 for something that took less than an hour! I was charged $500 just to pull a permit which takes less than 10 minutes to fill out and only costed the plumber $20. Never again!

Great service and the work was very professional. Red Rocket installed the new water heater on the left and everything is plum and the copper pipe is insulated. Also, Jeremy made sure to purchase a water heater with the inlet and outlet on the bottom so the piping matched the previous water heater. The water heater on the right was replaced by All Pro plumbing two months ago and the copper pipe is not level, extra piping was installed because the inlet and outlet entered the new tank on top. Also, the new piping is not insulated. I wish we had Red Rocket install the first water heater too. Also, Red Rocket cost me less $$ than All Pro. Lesson learned I will use Red Rocket for all my future plumbing needs.

This company is top notch! From the original call to schedule an appointment, to them arriving within 3 hours. The two gentlemen that responded were very professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field. THANK YOU AGAIN !!!

EDIT: another visit from Red rocket. This time just to flush my water heater. Still providing great service and friendly employees. Second time we've used Red Rocket in our Silver Lakes home. A real pleasure to work with a company and staff that care about their customers. Installed a new water heater and everything went well. Friendly staff all around including Kaitelyne! and a big shout out to Hutch and Zeke for all your help! Thanks!

Dean did a great job at replacing the 3 Delta cartridges for my 2 showers and 1 bathtub. Initially, I was going to replace them myself but the water in this city is so hard that over the years, it corroded and seized every thread within the assembly. I tried CLR and Kroil but it failed to loosen even the small setscrew in the handle. Dean was honest, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his trade. Thank you for your service and hard work!

Jeremy came out today and was amazing! He figured out my problem and by the end of the day was fixed! I needed a new water heater and Red Rocket Plumbing was able to accommodate. Would definitely call again for any plumbing issues!

Had an amazing experience with Red Rocket Plumbing. Recently had a water leak and couldn’t get my water turned off at the street. I called Red Rocket at 12:06AM and they were in my driveway at 12:43AM. Pretty amazing response time for after hours. Jeremy the owner was able to get my water turned off for the meantime and said he would be back in the morning. He was back at 10:30AM and got to work. He fixed the leak and changed the PVC parts out with Copper for better future longevity.

He offered a warranty on his craftsmanship, the communication and response time was great, he did very solid work and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Red Rocket for your plumbing needs.

Best company ever. Dean is especially professional and skilled at his craft, the entire team is. Red rocket plumbing is now our permanent plumbers.

Great service from start to finish. Did not charge me premium pricing being December 26th. They were professional and friendly. Price was fair and they didn’t try and upsell me.

Dean, showed up with such a great attitude. Explained his troubleshooting process and his plan of action. It made me feel at ease and knew he would be thorough. After the water heater flush, had a little bit of air in the lines so pressure dropped but he just opened up all my water lines and the pressure was promptly restored to an even higher pressure amount. I highly recommend Red Rocket for your plumbing needs. It’s good to see a good plumber like Dean, are still around. A lot of plumbing companies are unfortunately lacking quality plumbers.
