His prices are fair, he and his employees are always on time and are willing to explain things to me when I have questions, and it's nice knowing that when Jacob or his guys leave, everything has been fixed the way it's supposed to be. Father-in-law scheduled appointment but forgot to cancel. When they my fatther-in-law offered to pay for the trip out. Country Air Conditioning person politely refused and was understanding. With service hard to find, especially with COVID-19, I would not hesitate to call them. Good company.

John provided the best service call experience I have ever had for my furnace. The problem was quickly diagnosed after a few quick questions and tests. The unit was in a difficult place to access but he was quick to "jump in" and tackle the problem. He never attempted to sell me a new unit. Rather, he went out of his way to let me know that the heater still had good serviceable life. Friendly, always courteous and very organized.
