Peter and Sun Air are an A+++ organization. They did a heat pump Installation & also a mini split install. Both systems are great and keeping our house toasty in the chilly Santa Cruz mountains. Also looking forward to summer, when we can turn on the AC when the living room gets to 105.

Would 100% use them again!

Peter, Adrian, and Jake recently installed a five-zone heat pump mini-split system at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with their work! The project included five ceiling cassettes, an outdoor heating and cooling compressor unit, a main electrical service panel upgrade to 200 amps from 100 amps, and the installation of an EV charger.

Everything went smoothly and was completed on schedule. They were thorough, professional, and left our space clean at the end of each workday. We engaged Sun Air to install/configure a Bryant Evolution Heat Pump with all new ducting work and a Bryant Fan Coil. Peter and team are great and we would highly recommend them for any air/electrical project. Apart from the installation they also identified and resolved some issues with main panel setups from previous projects - so glad they engaged with us.

We’ve hired Sun Air a couple of times. Once to replace a furnace and another time to replace our water heater that went out. They are always very professional and responsive. Sun Air installed a new Heating & Air Conditioning system in our 1 bedroom apartment. After receiving a few estimates, we got in touch with Sun Air to get one more, and they were able to beat the price of the other two. They were very responsive to our texts, and the install was done quickly, but with great care and attention to detail. We've had them running for almost two months now, and they're working great! Peter and Team did an outstanding job installing our home batteries and upgrading our main electrical panel. It went seamlessly with no drawbacks. We already had two outages with no issues and we wouldn’t have noticed it if the Franklin app didn’t notify us. Additionally, we are saving a sizable amount on our electricity bill due to offsetting the two Franklin batteries during peak hours. Him and his team are hard workers. We met Peter when he was installing an air conditioner for our neighbors and noticed they do solar. After discussing with him about solar batteries and black outs we decided to get a proposal that. We chose the Franklin Apower back up batteries since they could tie our existing generator to the system. They also were able to hook up the existing solar into it too. Thank you Peter and team we our happy with our decision and your attention to detail.

We were looking for a HVAC Contractor that installed Fujitsu mini split heat pump systems, and came across Sun Air. They were very responsive and timely, and were able to get us onto their schedule pretty quickly. They completed the install of two indoor wall mount units and the corresponding outdoor components within two days. Their price was very reasonable and we're loving our new mini splits! Our electric bill has already gone down by nearly $100/month.

Peter C. and his team did an excellent job replacing our 56 year old gas floor heater with new mini splits! We live in an 1880 old Victorian house and now have great heating in all our upstairs bedrooms and office as well as A/C when required.

We recently had Sun Air install a Bryant Evolution furnace with zone control and all new ducts. Peter and the crew were top notch! They were able to schedule us quickly and they did great work. After the installation there was an issue with the thermostat not connecting to our Wifi. Peter stayed on top of the problem and the thermostat was replaced promptly. The new furnace works great and with the zone control we can heat different areas of the house to different temperatures. Very handy.
This week we had a small issue and reached out to Peter. Again he was quick to respond and even came by on a Saturday morning to fix the problem. I cannot recommend Peter and his crew highly enough!
