I reached out to Raul from Photonics Electric & IT Services for a quote to upgrade my electrical panel to a 200-amp solar-ready setup with an EV charger through the EV Home Ready Charge program. From the start, Raul was on time, professional, and easy to talk to.
He walked me through the process, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions about permits, meter spots, and SCE approvals. Even after the visit, he stayed responsive and helped clarify things while I was coordinating with SCE.
Really appreciated how patient and straightforward he was the whole way through. Also want to give a quick shoutout to his apprentice, Kayra, who was polite and professional during the visit.
