First reliable maintenance send out a technician to fix a light fixture in my kitchen a couple of weeks ago. Coming on time, professional technology.Got to say that I was extremely happy with the great customer service and their overall work. My kitchen is nice and bright now.

The technician did a great job with our maintenance, and he was very communicative and efficient. The only issue was the original window of time we were told someone would show up was incorrect and we weren't notified that someone would come in a later window of time.

My landlord has contracted this company to perform all of our maintenance. I have never had a good experience with them. When they came out to fix an electrical problem, the technician was on the phone asking someone on the other end what each of the wires did. He clearly had no electrical training. Most recently, they were called to fix my gate. I was originally told they would show up between 12 and 3 on Thursday. When I called at 4pm to let them know that I had to leave and a technician hadn't yet arrived, I asked that they schedule me as the first or second appointment on the following Thursday. They then said their tech would be to my house between 8 and 9:30am. Taking the morning off of work, I waited for the tech to arrive. 10:30 rolled around and I called. I was told he would be here in 45 minutes. It is now 3:30pm as I write this. The tech has yet to arrive. I hope the folks at First Reliable realize that their clients are missing days of work to wait around for them. They are not "First," nor are they "Reliable."

I've been calling First Reliable a few times and I always ask for Pedro Delgadillo. He is the best worker the company has sent me. He is friendly and gets things done in a timely manner. Pedro's work is outstanding and I like how well he fixes thing. All I know is that every time I contact the company I will always request Pedro. I rather wait for them to send me him than any of the other workers.

Was called over to fixed a leak in our shower and they showed up on time and assessed the situation, replaced the value on our tub faucet and also tightened the toilet seat too! Very nice and friendly. A++ they do a very good job and are friendly as well!!

Alvaro is fantastic! He is extremely courteous and professional. We were in desperation with a severely clogged kitchen sink. He arrived and saved the day in 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

The plumbing technician who was sent over to replace my shower valve/fixture did such a great job. Very tidy in his work, he re-patched, re-plastered and color matched the paint after he replaced the valve. Best of all he laid a tarp and covered my flooring and cabinets so there was nothing to clean up when he was done!
