Exceeded my expectations. A property I’m managing had been vacant for quite some time and needed some serious cleaning after the numerous times it has gotten broken into by squatters. After calling about 10 cleaning businesses, Property Care Building Services offered to come out the next day to see what I needed done and then promptly emailed me a quote within a few hours. I scheduled for the service 2 days later. I paid a 50% deposit and a crew of about 6 were there to complete the job. They did a fantastic job on the building, everything I asked. The owner walked through the property with me at the end of the job and when he saw a corner (which was very minor) that was missed he immediately called back a member of his crew to finish the job. I will definitely be using them again and again.

I don't usually stop to give a review. I called several companies and was told they would call us back and never heard from them. Property Care was the only company that answered, came right out gave me an estimate clean out our vandalized warehouse. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. I was very happy with the service they provided.

We had a huge post-event mess after a corporate holiday party, and Victoria saved the day. The crew worked overnight to get everything spotless before Monday morning. You wouldn’t have guessed 300 people were partying there 12 hours earlier.
