I had a great experience with the plumbers who came out to my home in Arcadia to fix my clogged kitchen sink. I called and spoke to a friendly, professional woman who quickly arranged for help to arrive right away. Miguel showed up fast and took care of the problem efficiently. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the price was very reasonable. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and will definitely recommend this plumbing company to my friends and neighbors. They truly made my day!

I had a problem with a sewer backup in my basement here in Arcadia. Harrison Brothers Plumbing gave me a call back quickly and were really polite on the phone. They asked for some photos of the problem so they could be ready when they showed up. On the day of the service, Billy and Miguel came out, along with another team member. Everyone was super friendly and professional. At first, they thought the job might be bigger than expected, but they figured out a different solution that ended up saving me hundreds of dollars compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. They took the time to explain everything about the sewer issue, walked me through my options, and let me know exactly what they did to fix it. They didn’t try to upsell me or push for unnecessary work, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend their services!

Billy came out to our place in Arcadia to change out an outdoor faucet and fix a cracked PVC pipe inside our sprinkler box. During our final walk-through, Billy noticed a slight sound when turning on the water for the sprinklers. He took the extra time to investigate and found a slow drip leak in a different sprinkler box. Even though our appointment was supposed to be over, he stayed to repair that leak too—and didn’t even charge extra for it. It’s a huge relief to have someone with real plumbing experience take care of our home and go the extra mile. On top of that, the company was able to fit us into their schedule within 5 days, even though I said I didn’t have an urgent problem. Other places I called weren’t nearly as flexible about scheduling for sprinkler pipe repairs, so I really appreciated their quick response and customer care.
