Absolutely incredible! Top notch service! Everyone i dealt with in this company is super nice and professional over the phone and in person. They arrived the same day I called and did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing my chimney. They took photos of the damage and of each step of the repair to show me exactly what they did. He kept the indoor and outdoor work areas clean and protected. I would highly recommend using Arcadia your chimney needs, and I will be using him in the future!

Just had Arcadia come out to clean our chimney and air ducts, and honestly—so glad I called them. They were right on time, super friendly, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They explained everything clearly and worked efficiently without leaving a mess behind (which I was a little worried about with chimney soot).

The group at Arcadia Chimney Sweep did a great job doing a first time duct clean in our somewhat large (3800 sq ft), somewhat new (built 1997) house. They worked for about six hours total with only a brief break in the middle. After comparison shopping a fair bit, we found their price the most competitive to clean all the ducts in our house without any additional services. Very pleased with their service!
