When Juan from Genlui came out, he quoted a steep price for repairs, including replacement of the motor and fan blades - apparently due to a squirrel wheel issue. He even suggested replacing the unit altogether. In reality, I found a cheaper fix elsewhere that still included labor, coming out to $230. Needless to say, I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
