Reviews of local pros in Artesia, California

Juan was incredibly helpful. He arrived promptly, showed impressive professionalism, and demonstrated complete integrity. His expertise was evident from the start. A huge thank you to Juan for his exceptional service.

Juan was very professional and got to my place the same day, which is impressive. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful, fixing my issue in no time. His expertise is top-notch and I'd highly recommend him for HVAC repairs or maintenance. I'm glad I found him and have his contact info handy for any future issues - he truly delivered.

I was stuck dealing with a non-functional AC unit for most of the day yesterday. Wish I'd just called Juan instead of those other guys from the start. They came out, gave us an estimate, and said they could fix it by the end of the day.

Fast forward to 3:30 PM on a sweltering Friday - I called Juan, who answered promptly and promised he'd be there within 30 minutes. And that's exactly what happened! He showed up, took a look at our unit, diagnosed the issue, and told us it was the compressor all along.

Initially, we were skeptical after their previous visit, but Juan knew his stuff and put our minds at ease. He fixed the capacitor and suddenly our hot vents were blasting cold air - sweet relief indeed! The price was incredibly reasonable, too. He gave us valuable advice on how to prevent this from happening again in the future and even had the part we needed in his truck.

What I love most is that he explained everything clearly without any hassle or back-and-forth. His professionalism and expertise are top-notch - it's a 100/100 experience, not just a 5/5.

Juan installed a new AC unit with a fair price. He and his team were courteous and carried out the work well. I'd definitely suggest Genlui Heating & Air - their follow-up is impressive, with Juan even checking in on us after the job was done.

Juan's service was outstanding, arriving at our doorstep on very short notice after we'd just moved in. The sweltering temperature inside had us desperate for relief, which Juan quickly provided by installing a new thermostat and getting central air up and running within 10 minutes. His professionalism and expertise are top-notch, making him a must-hire for anyone requiring AC work done on their home.

Juan is incredibly professional, completing the job with speed and competence. He delivered excellent results, making me confident in his capabilities.
