House Cleaning reviews in Atherton, California

austin and cesar showed up promptly and immediately got to work. first off, they installed corner bumpers to safeguard the walls, then they meticulously cleaned the wall edges and corners while on their hands and knees with a fluted snout. they then applied a pretreatment before getting down to business with the rotary suction scrubbers. the results exceeded my expectations, and as a real estate agent in atherton, i am quite discerning! both these gentlemen were professional, polite, and incredibly tidy. i will certainly be using this carpet cleaning service again and will recommend them to my clients. appreciate the excellent service!

I almost rescheduled with another carpet cleaning company after I was told the cleaner had another appointment he had to complete. Am glad I didn’t..!

Tom from Eco arrived promptly at the rescheduled date and all I can say is - SUPERB. Assaf /Tom worked
hard, and the end results reflect that. He was not only quick, but thorough. I am very happy with the clean. The carpets look and feel almost brand new, which I thought would be an impossible feat. The whole place smells great 😊 thank you Assaf

Fantastic service! Swift yet meticulous. Clear pricing. Austin was our carpet cleaning expert and he patiently answered all of our inquiries, he wasn't rushing just to finish the job. We are ecstatic with our spotless carpet and tile! Pictures of before and after included. This all happened in Atherton.

I'm incredibly pleased with the service provided by Isaiah & Sons Carpet Service. Cesar, who showed up at our place, was polite and thoughtful. He expertly cleaned the carpet in our nursery in about 30 minutes, leaving it looking spotless and rejuvenated. We definitely look forward to using their services again in Atherton.

The service technician, now known as Cesar, showed up right on time and was incredibly courteous. He dedicated himself fully to ensuring my room was thoroughly cleaned promptly. Additionally, the cost matched exactly with the initial quote provided by Isaiah & Sons Carpet Service. I would enthusiastically recommend this carpet cleaning company to anyone in Atherton in need of such services!

As someone with Asthma and COPD, I sought out carpet cleaning services. The team did an exceptional job. My home in Atherton now has an incredibly fresh aroma. The two cleaners, Cesar and Austin, were incredibly skilled and courteous. I'm grateful for the fantastic service, thank you.

Cesar and Austin from Isaiah & Sons Carpet Service did an outstanding job on our carpets! They were extremely friendly and were able to work at an impressive pace. Not only that, they were great with our energetic puppy who had a blast following them around our home in Atherton!

i don't usually write reviews, but when a service impresses me, i feel compelled to. austin, the boss, sent me a message saying he'd be a little delayed. given my work for the day, his slight delay was actually a plus for me. as soon as austin and cesar turned up at my place, we were greeted with a warm smile. we then took a walk around the rooms needing carpet cleaning. from our chat and the questions i asked, i could tell austin knows his stuff when it comes to delivering quality carpet cleaning. and that's precisely what he did. he worked quickly but was meticulous, and what really impressed me was how well he managed to extract as much dampness as possible from the carpet. after about 6 hours, we could walk on the carpet, and it was nearly dry. the carpet now has a richer color and feels soft again. i didn't pick their team because they were the cheapest, they aren't. but their prices are more than reasonable, and i firmly believe in getting what you pay for. excellent job, team!

cesar and austin did an outstanding job with our carpet and furniture cleaning. these guys are really good at what they do. our old carpet and sofa/love seat were in pretty bad shape, but after their work, they look amazing, way beyond our expectations. it was a pleasure having cesar and austin in our atherton home, their professionalism was commendable. the way they transformed our worn-out items was really impressive.

My carpets now look clean and stunning, thanks to the fantastic carpet cleaning service! Austin, the service representative, was incredibly nice and polite. He did a remarkable job cleaning my carpets and successfully removed some stubborn stains. I am thrilled with the service provided in Atherton.

Cesar, the carpet cleaning specialist, was patient and understanding when I wasn't at my Atherton home for the scheduled appointment, but he kindly waited for me to arrive. He did an outstanding job on our bedroom carpets. Thanks to his expert cleaning, our carpets look almost brand new.

i called isaiah & sons carpet service and austin told me i could either drop off my rugs or have them picked up. i decided to bring one rug in myself to their easy-to-find place. just a few days later, my carpet was ready and looked absolutely beautiful. the cleaning cost was half of what i paid before at another place. i thought it would be $250 but the price was only $120. i ended up bringing in two more carpets and i trust they will turn out just as great. austin was super friendly and i'm glad to work with a family business.

They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets! There was a small mix-up where one room didn’t get cleaned, but we didn’t realize it right away since we were trying to stay off the carpets. I reached out after hours, and they were super responsive. Thankfully, they managed to come back sooner than expected! Plus, they were able to clean a stair that our cat had made a mess on that morning. really great customer service!

i am really grateful for the service from Isaiah & Sons Carpet Service. They've helped me with numerous water damage incidents, turning what could have been dreadful into manageable situations. Not only did they respond promptly every time i contacted them, but as soon as Cesar and Austin arrived, they started working right away. They were comprehensive and detailed throughout the whole process, ensuring that everything was drying properly at each stage. This company is truly reliable and I would suggest them to anyone in Atherton who is dealing with water damage or simply needs their carpets cleaned.

I'm pleased to share that I've been a faithful client of Austin's carpet cleaning services since he first started in the early '90s. Initially, Austin adopted a Chemical Dry cleaning approach, which involved spraying a soap-free solution onto the carpets and then cleaning with a buffer and pads. While I was generally satisfied with the results, I occasionally questioned the thoroughness of this technique. I'd often ponder about where the dirt was going, if the carpets were genuinely getting a deep clean, or if some of the dirt was merely being redistributed. However, with the turn of the century, Austin enhanced his carpet cleaning procedure. He introduced steam cleaning as a precursor to his buffer cleaning. The difference was astonishing. My white berber carpet looked so pristine after the cleaning that all my guests assumed I'd gotten a new carpet. Any doubts I previously had vanished. I was confident that my carpets were getting a thorough and healthy clean. Cesar, Austin's dedicated partner, has been collaborating with him for quite some time. They make a fantastic team and take immense pride in their work, ensuring the best carpet cleaning experience for their clients.

the team had the perfect equipment for the job! they used professional-grade tools that i haven't seen before. my carpet looked amazing after they finished. cesar did a fantastic job explaining their chemical-free cleaning method. before starting, they used a black light to spot any puppy urine stains, ensuring everything was treated appropriately. they arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and i would absolutely recommend them to my neighbors, family, and friends!

I had a fantastic experience with a local carpet cleaning service. They were professional and provided quality work at great prices. They responded quickly and gave me an estimate right away, helping me understand what services would be best for my carpets. I've tried other companies, but this one truly stands out as the best. It's wonderful to support a local business that is self-started. I would highly recommend their cleaning services to friends, family, or any businesses in need of carpet cleaning.

isaiah & sons carpet service was very well organized. the first phone call was helpful and gave me a positive, can-do feeling. i was so happy with the conversation that i decided not to use a bigger, more commercial company. austin and cesar showed up right on time, worked hard, and took great care cleaning my carpets. they really care about their work and i’m very happy with how clean everything looks. they explained that they use safe cleaning products and make sure all their equipment is cleaned between jobs, so there’s no leftover dirt or chemicals from other homes. the whole job was finished quickly, for a good price, and right on schedule. i highly recommend this carpet cleaning service!

austin is AMAZING! i honestly thought the carpet couldn't be saved. the previous tenants left the carpets in terrible shape, with strong dog odors and dark stains along all the main walkways. austin was able to fit me in at the last minute, and when he showed up, he went above and beyond. he used a powerful deodorizer to completely get rid of the pet smells, and after a deep cleaning, the carpet looked almost brand new! i've had other carpet cleaners come out before, but they charged more and didn’t get these kinds of results. this company really sets the bar high. highly recommended! austin and cesar were both super professional, quick, thorough, and the price was very fair. i’m honestly so grateful for their work.

we had someone clean the carpets before, but it didn’t turn out well at all. i needed fast help before new tenants moved in, so i called and was surprised they could fit me in right away. austin showed up in about 10 minutes and did an amazing job—everything looked spotless and fresh, and the carpets smelled great. the technician was very friendly and made sure everything was just how we wanted. we hadn’t used this carpet cleaning service before, but now we plan to call them again for future move outs!

Reliable carpet cleaning is exactly that - reliable! I've been lucky enough to collaborate with Austin and his crew for a while now on our site, and every time it's been a seamless experience! They're professional and truly care about the quality of their work. It's evident! My carpets come out looking and smelling clean and vibrant each time. they're always punctual and are there for me in case of any emergency cleanup that needs to be handled. i can't express enough how great these guys are. I strongly recommend this team for any of your carpet cleaning needs, whether it's for a property or just your family home :) austin and his team will complete the task, and they'll do it right!
