ARMS Air Conditioning And Heating

So I called and made an appointment on July 18th for them to come to my house to do a diagnostic on my AC.
Setup up the time for July 29th 8-9AM(had to be in the morning because they said it would be hot I agreed) took some time from work to be here so they can come out.....they never showed up.
I'm waiting for them to come it's almost 9AM, I call them and the gentleman on the phone stated that they have to "confirm the appointment" before they would come out.
I responded by asking "you confirm appointment the day of and during the appointment time, he responded
He said yes and I replied then why didn't you let me know this before hand instead of the day of the appointment....crickets.
I'm sure they do fine work but in terms of punctuality an professionalism in my opinion I compare these guys to a limp hand shake if you catch my drift.

Arms has done a fine job for our needs. The old unit is dead and we have to install a new one. At the same time, we're going to have the ducting replaced. They even put up with my snarky attitude, which by all means, didn't deserve. Brian and Alex did good. When Alex came back on the second call, he gave me a complete diagnostics and his opinion on the matter. I'm satisfied with the outcome and look forward to the new project getting completed. Thank you all for your service.

The crew came out and installed the duct work, the unit and new updated thermostat. Kyle made sure everything was done right and the crew was top notch. They even made sure our home would stay cooler and when the cold season starts stay warmer. Well done gents. We are grateful for the work done.

01/06/24. A good service/checkup job done again. We are on their service plan and I think it's reasonably priced to maintain our unit. Thank you Alex. Good job done👍

ARMS was great. After a bad experience with another company I called ARMS and from the initial call to the completion of service they were courteous, responsive, and very professional. Stevee booked the appointment, followed up with me, and called me to let me know when the technician was on the way. Kyle arrived on time he was very professional, he explained all the work that was done, and it was evident from his ladder placement to the boot covers he put on that he took a lot of care in the job he did. Now my AC works and my house doesn't feel like a sauna any more. Great job I would highly recommend them for AC repair.
