We needed an outlet moved to it's own circuit. They were able to come out give a quote and complete the job the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable.

My 3 year old mini split, which I purchased from c.c., has been non functional now for 4 weeks. Initially, it was diagnosed as one component not working. That part was ordered. A week later it was diagnosed that yet another component was not working so another part was to have been ordered. C.c. provided 2 portable units which have driven my pge bill to $400+ this month. It's now been 4, very warm, weeks since the beginning of the non working issues with the parts not available from the manufacturer, recent attempts to locate the parts from elsewhere, and follow ups from c.s. only provided when I reached to cosmic comfort. I paid $10,000 for this unit and $6000 for a 2nd system more recently. I'm extremely disappointed that the situation has not been resolved to date and that the company hasn't acted more proactively for a senior citizen and repeat customer who has done business with them for more than $15000 in the past 3 years alone.

Really happy with the service. Came same day I called to inspect and give us quote. Set us up on a payment plan to be done 12 mo. Came the same week to remove and replace insulation and ducts that were damaged due to a flooding accident we had with my daughter playing in the sink. Accidents happen and they came through fast! They found the problem with my old hvac and let me know that it was not going to work for long. They have a good choice in payment plans and the installation of the new one was very painless and efficient. I will suggest to anyone that if you need a new hvac Cosmic Comfort is the way to go.

I had trouble with my florescent lights in the garage and main bedroom lights/fan. The technician, Adam, quickly assessed the situation. He was able to fix the main bedroom lighting and fan almost immediately. He changed the florescent lights to LED lights and now the previous lighting problems are fixed. From arrival to completion took 1 1/2 hours. I am happy with the job. The only negative comment would be I thought that the initial $89 asessment fee would be included in the work. Instead, they added the $89 to the work that was done. I thought that was not right.
However, the work itself was excellent.

Fernando did a fantastic job replacing a GFI. He was respectful and professional, quick yet thorough...a very pleasant young man.

I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the recent estimate performed on my A/C unit. In almost 20 years of owning this system, not once including with certified Bryant professionals has anyone ever drilled into the return. Your technician’s decision to do so is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of knowledge or training.

We clearly showed him the exact location of the fan motor. Despite that, he was distracted texting on his phone throughout the visit and proceeded to drill into the unit without giving any explanation or asking for consent

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

In April 2025, we were visiting our elderly father when his house’s A/C system gave out suddenly, causing considerable anxiety for his health and the family’s well-being. But Cosmic Comfort came to the rescue, going above and beyond to replace the A/C system quickly and with minimal disruption for him. Luis and Uriel did a great job with the installation, working very hard and very quickly to make sure the work was completed, all while we were still there visiting. It made what might have been a nightmare a smooth experience! From the initial consultation to the final install, we had a great experience with Cosmic Comfort!
