Walter came out and installed a 14-50 NEMA outlet for my electric car and I couldn’t be more thankful for giving IES a call. Long story short, the permitting process was a nightmare but Walter was helpful and really went the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of. Save yourself the headache and give IES a call!

Walter came out because half the lights and outlets in my home were inoperable. He determined the issue was with PG&E quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call upon this company for future electrical needs.

Innovative came out to do an emergency service & we were very pleased with their responsiveness, speed, & quality of work.

We had two circuits that lost power in our home and we were without power in the bathroom and kitchen.
Walter himself came out less than 2 hours after I called and showed me an additional panel for the circuits tied to my solar. He replaced a breaker that was corroded and a few screws to hold the main panel together better.
This company excels at communication, punctuality and service. And therefore I will not be showering tonight by candlelight.

Walter and his team are true professionals. They showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done. He and his staff and polite, respectful, and knowledgeable in their respective trade. I’d recommend IES to family and friends alike. Truly, a class act.

Walter ran a troubleshooting process on an electrical downstream failure for my home. I've had other electricians in to handle this prob, but did not get any help. Walter found the problem and corrected the outlet that was stopping the downflow of electricity. Great work!!!

I can’t even start on how happy and how much I appreciate these guys.
Number one, on time! They said 6am and 5:55am they showed up! This was also a last min call for an emergency repair, never would I have thought they could get to me the next morning and finish the job so quick.
Communication was absolutely amazing again I couldn’t ask for more. And I didn’t even expect the service they gave me. I can’t thank them enough for the prompt service and quality of the repair they did replacing the torn off weather head to my house.
I hope the crew sees and reads this I appreciate you guys like non other. You’ll be my first call from here on out for anything I need done at my house. 10 out of 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Walter from innovative electrical services (IES), Inc was fantastic and honest. We have had a partial power outage in our house for a few weeks. He was able to get the job done in only an hour which saved us a lot of money.

Had major electrical work done removing very old screw in fuse system in the rain! Work was fast and ALL the workers were very cool and fast. They did all the work staying late to get us back up running after the large storm Auburn had that knocked out PG&E services. The owner Walter, called me back when I left a message just 20 min! Good guys local!
