We had maintenance done on 2 regular AC systems and minisplit system. We also had a pre-remodel consult to discuss inreasing HVAC capacity of our smaller dwelling. Both Nathan and Jay were incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We did not feel pressure to buy anything and felt they were coming up w/the best low cost, most effecient plan for us. We were really very satisfied with Empire and will certainly continue to use them for our HVAC needs from here on out.

Oct 23, 2023- Dave from Empire Heating and Air was here doing maintenance on our Heating and Air System that he installed 2 years ago. Such a nice guy, courteous and fast. I just Love Empire Heating and Air. Empire Heating and Air Conditioning are the best HVAC Business I've ever used. Jay, And Davey are sweet and professional, timely courteous. They explain everything they will do plus. Treacy is wonderful and came here to put the new filters in that worked better with our new system. We signed the proposal on Sunday and had our new system in on Friday. We have had our system since June 11, this year 2021. Wonderfully good people and a blessing from God. Thank you so very much for keeping us Cool during this heat wave. I sure hope I got Dave's name right. And Thank you to Pat and Dr. George for telling us about Empire Heating and Air. Amazing! - That is Empire Heating and Air Conditioning in one word. I was very pleased with their timing, professionalism and friendliness when they installed a new HVAC a couple of years ago. No hard sells - just the necessary information to make a decision. Then something was wrong yesterday...right as we hit a major heat wave. I came home from being out of town and it was obvious that the HVAC wasn't working. I called Empire and they rewarded me with being their customer by getting someone out on the next day - a weekend. Mason arrived within the window given and was professional, friendly and quick! We were back up and cooling within less than a half hour! Amazing!
