Came in and did a great job. Guys were great very respectful had the job done on no time and did not leave me with a mess to clean up behind. Would highly recommend them and had the best price for the the replacement of the A/C unit.

When I moved into my little place in Auburn a couple of years ago, I did not realize how much my heating bills would be with an old natural gas furnace. With natural gas prices on the rise I decided it was time to switch over to electric. I called Spoor’s and Jeff was here in just a few days. It didn’t take long at all to complete the project. The guys were very nice and personable and arrived bright and early to get the job done! I’m very happy with the outcome.

Today I was having an issue with my AC unit and the technician immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. He explained what was wrong and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with.

Moved into an older home recently and not knowing much about my heater and ac, had been thinking about getting them serviced. I met “Spoors” at the Home Show in Auburn and was impressed. I scheduled a service and two guys arrived on time and did a thorough job. By thorough, I mean not rushed and explained all they were doing. Very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Spoors!

Randy came out and took at look at our AC system and performed a routine maintenance. He was very courteous and communicative about what he was seeing in the system and future repairs and replacements that would need to be done. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use again.

Very pleased with the service from Spoor's Heating and Air. Thechnisian called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. Professional and knowable, performed diagnostic tests on the AC unit and found the capacitor had failed. Informed me that the unit was 16 years old but in good shape, condenser coils were clean, no corrosion or rust, fan motor was within specs. Didn't try to up sale me a new AC unit but suggested it, completed the repair. Fair service call fee and parts. Have used Spoor's in the past to install a whole house fan in addition to larger floor vents and upgraded duct work. Happy with their service.

Highly recommend this company. They did an amazing job replacing my ac system. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I felt respected the entire process and never like anyone was trying to take advantage of me because I’m female. The whole process went smoothly. The price was reasonable, no used car salesmen tactics. The guys that replaced the system were super respectful, made me feel comfortable, on time and my ac has never been better.

The techs came a little early and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. I need a new controller board so that’s not gonna be cheap but Spoors was timely and professional.

Great service from Garrett and his team all the way around. I needed to replace one of the three A/C units in my house AND add some capacity in one room that tended to get too hot in the summer. There were several ways to do this, but Garrett started with the simplest and cheapest option, with no pressure on an upsell, before we discussed another idea that killed two birds with one stone (a multi-unit mini split). In the end he installed a Fujitsu mini split system with three cassettes tied to one outdoor unit at a very competitive price. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, honest, and the system is excellent - a material upgrade from what was there before. Highly recommended.

Great local business. I had my Bryant mini-split heating/cooling system serviced by them a few months ago so I was surprised when it started leaking water into my ceiling. It turns out bees made a nest in the drainage line and it was completely clogged. They were able to expedite service for me even though both their technicians were booked up solid. Got it fixed the same day I called. Very fortunate they were able to come so quickly so my ceiling didn’t get worse and mold. Thank you!

Spoors installed our roof top AC package system and has been maintaining it since. The office staff, including Nikki and Chris, is top notch, very caring about customers. The special membership plan includes both Spring and Fall maintenance with a discount on the occasional repair to assure we are ready for each season.
This Spring we reviewed the condition of our system with our tech. The system was leaking refrigerant and several other parts were wearing out. He suggested it might be less expensive to replace our current system than to “pay as you go” while having the inconvenience of unexpected repairs in the middle of summer.
Garrett Spoor offered us several choices for a replacement along with the pros and cons for each.
With the new system we have a warranty, a newer system that uses the latest type of refrigerant as well as the super support from Spoor’s. The installation took just one day. The Spoors installers were outstanding as was the Crane operator. All very considerate.
We are now enjoying the quiet steady flow of cool air. Ready for Summer.

They are excellent!!! Spoors always repaired our very, very old system. It finally needed replacing because it was old and outdated (35 years old). They replaced the unit and all the ducts. It's now more efficient and the heat and air is EVENLY distributed throughout our house! They did an awesome job (as usual). Their workers are courteous and respectful. Also they're extremely fair priced and honest. We will never go to anyone else!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPOOR’S!!!
