Looked through Google maps, compared reviews and made some calls. Richard came out assesed my problem, went back imediately to get the parts and fixed my issue. I love today's technology to help find and score businesses but ultimatly it comes down to customer service and integrity. Thank you Richard, so happy I found Finest Rooter & Plumbing. I will only need to call one number next time I have a plumbing issue.

These guys were really good the first time I called, so I went back to them for another issue and they have really let me down. I made an appointment and they failed to show up or call. I gave them another chance and made another appointment which they assured me would actually happen this time. They did not call or show up again, and I could not reach them by phone. Very disappointing and unreliable. I do not recommend them.

Jesus and Josh are very responsive and professional. While my neighbor was replacing the water heater with Finest Rooter, I found that my water heater was leaking and rumbling. I talked to Jesus onsite, and he was able to schedule the service to replace my water heater the next day. Both Jesus and Josh showed up on time the next day. Highly recommend Finest Rooter & Plumbing.

Richard was my technician he came out because my main sewer line was backing up. He was able to clear my main sewer line. Very knowledgeable Honest and kind. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. They truly are The Finest!

A random Google choice to select Finest for $33 about a week ago to just hydro water jet a kitchen sink clog, but because of two major leaks they had to replace the entire main drain system from cast iron to ABS/plastic pipes from my almost 80 year old house thru part of the concrete driveway near the street requiring a full day of hard labor.

I was satisfied with their quality of work to fix the problem except for the very high costs of $9,000 being double of the first estimate. I paid by credit card, but I was not aware of their 5% extra service fee before for the first $4,500 and preferred to be given a choice in advance such as to pay by check instead; however, Ray understood my financial situation being retired to waive the second fee for the remaining balance which was more fair and I appreciated his flexibility.

Our earthquake gas shut off valve died last night; it could no longer be reset to allow the flow of gas to resume. Without gas, our water heater, stove, and dryer did not work. Finest Rooter and Plumbing advertised on the web that they could do same day service, which we definitely needed. Richard and his helper showed up within 3 hours of contacting him; by early afternoon, the job was finished! He also re-lit the water heater and got the dryer working again, which we had not even specified in the statement of work! They did a great job; the cost was $650 for parts and labor, which was well worth it!
