I worked with Jacki on a rehab project for my clients property. I am from Southern California and own my own property management and maintenance company. I unexpectedly found myself with property in Bakersfield that needed a lot of rehab work. I found Ascend on the internet and was very happy to have been put in touch with Jacki. She met me at the property and we went through my punch list. I was completely amazed at how professional looking, easy to understand and good value their bid was. I have been in this business for 30 years and this was the most impressive looking bid I have ever received. Even my bids that my company generates do not look this good. On top of that the bid was the best value of the three estimates I received. Once the bid was approved, Jacki worked closely with myself and my clients keeping us up to date. We had a couple change orders along the way and she was prompt to work with us. If in the future I have business involving maintenance or construction in Bakersfield, I will be sure to use Jacki from Ascend.

The receptionist has no patience and talks to you with sarcasm. She was talking to an old man very rude. I hope that the world treats her grandparents the same way she was being disrespectful to this old man.

Rich & Lawrence worked fast and efficient. They got the job done and then some. Very hard workers, with quality and perfection. They blew my mind. Total kitchen remodel in record time. I have attached after photos.

Lawrence was first to come over to work with us on our remodel. We removed built in bathtub and replaced with shower. Richard Lawrence and Jessie showed up in a Monday and finished in 2 1/2 weeks. They did electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinet making, painting and tile. All very professional. Lawrence is a master at the tile game a really spent time on the layout

5 stars to Sanco Construction. I couldn’t be more pleased with the bathroom renovation Sanco did at my house. They turned my 1920’s abandoned and neglected bathroom into a spa inspired retreat.

It wasn’t just Sanco’s quality workmanship that impressed me but they also showed design talent and were efficient in how they developed this project. Sanco thought of details that I didn’t. For example, they customized a dresser to become a vanity by cutting out drawers so that the pipes were hidden and the drawers were still usable. Brilliant! Sanco also did a great job solving construction problems as they presented themselves.

I enjoyed working with Sanco and trusted them to be in my home. I would recommend Sanco Construction to anyone. Again, 5 stars and thank you, Richard and Lawrence.

Richard and his crew did a phenomenal job on our kitchen/living room/dining room remodel, and bathroom. He is courteous, honest, professional, and exceptionally hard working. The fact that his prices were very reasonable is just a bonus. He took down a load bearing wall, refaced all the kitchen cabinets, constructed some new cabinets, installed all of our new appliances, tore out all carpet/tile and installed laminate flooring. My wife and I would highly recommend him for any project- large or small.
