Had issues when installing the equipment. Over promised and under delivered. Very dishonest and very poor customer service. AC has been broken down and he walked away from the project because I was being "mean" to him. It is August, my AC has been down for 20 days and he expects me to keep my cool. My family has been dealing with this heat. Hire a true professionals and stay away from this business.

I called for AC service on Mother's day if you can believe that and had an awesome technician a couple hours later. He fixed not only an AC problem but a roof leak also. The work was more than quoted, but they charged only the agreed amount. I asked to pay the full price and it was very reasonable. Only, gave four stars because I texted my thanks to the owner and indicated I wanted additional service at another home but have not been scheduled yet.

Big Builders is Top notch! We will call them for all of our a/c maintenance and roof needs. So professional and always on time. Always provides feedback after service provided. They installed our a/c unit and have been servicing it for the last 2 years and it is still like brand new. We have had no issues. I highly recommend them!

Not an honest company. They told us they could come out between 4:45-5:45 and even sent a message letting us know. At 5:50 we called them and they said no one is coming out after all. They were not honest and they wasted our time. We could have called someone else and got another company out here tonight instead of waiting 2 hours and planning our time around this lie. Very unsatisfied

My experience with Big Builders and HVAC repair was a very POSITIVE one. I have hired them to fix a problem with my AC that has occurred immediately after/during the inspection that was performed by another company . The inspecting company was sent to us by LOWE's after I signed a $29 "deal " to test ,at that time PERFECTLY functioning system. This turn out to be a total disaster and resulted in three brutal days without AC in the middle of a heat wave. Good thing I was able to doge highly inflated charges for fixing and replacing components that were working just fine, (like the capacitor offered to me for $700.00 while it is sold for just $20.00 at a hardware store - so be aware).
They have also INVENTED another issue - that would set us back
around $2K...Big Builders came to the rescue. I spoke to Jose who was able to arrange a technician the same day I called, even though it was after hours. The Tech (Brian) immediately identified and addressed the issue without the need to visit attic (where as the other company alleged, the system was leaking).
Brian was very competent , knowledgeable and HONEST.
Within couple of hours we were able to enjoy cool air again.

Definitely a bad company said they would be out between 4:45-5:45 i waited 2 hours for them to never show up needed to get a quote for the insurance company ASAP because the roof was leaking called them and he said that it’s after hours now and they cant send anyone out told me i would have to make a appointment unless i wanted to get the roof covered after already saying someone was coming out today. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Jose from Big Builders, awesome person and very personable. His crew did my mom's kitchen. Total remodel of kitchen 1960s to a modernized kitchen . The job They performed was before the time he had said and the job they did was was better than we even pictured it to be. These guys know there stuff and we will definetly be hiring them for any other upgrades we do. I recommend these guys if you want good quality work done and at a good price, he was right on with his quote. Good job Big Builders

Great company! I called Monday and the next day, a repairman was out first thing in the morning. Very prompt with an affordable price. Quick and professional. I'd recommend Big Builders to anyone who is needing repairs or services!
