So, I am from a different city and I needed a garbage container to clean up my Grandparents home. I went to several websites to compare prices but being the Gen Xer that I am, I needed to talk to a real person to make sure I was getting my money's worth. I made several calls after most's business hours and the only one to pick up the phone was Taylor from Kern County clean up. When we spoke, I told Taylor we needed the bin for a residence, and he responded by giving me the size container that most residential customers order. It was a fairly big size container which I thought would be sufficient for the clean up job I had to do. However, on the day I was to receive the container (bin), Taylor informed me he had a bigger bin and that he would give it to me at no additional cost. Thank God he did because I needed every bit of the space in the bigger bin. The smaller bin would not had sufficed. Now, my scenario might not happen again because Kern County Clean Up is a business and it needs to pay its bill like the rest of us to stay a float. I wanted everyone to know the reason I gave them 5 stars. They gave me a great price, were honest, on time with the delivery, allowed me a few extra days to make sure I completed my job, flexible and communicative throughout the whole process. I am telling you before you go with anyone else call Kern County Clean Up.
