Been having my solar panels for 4 years without issue. My PG&E bill is near Zero at the end of the year. My house runs two AC units all summer long and I run those suckers mid 70s, haven't had to worry abt the power bill. Very Satisfied.

I’ve had my solar since 2021. They did a great job. They set me up with enough panels so that I don’t have true ups. They were great at explaining everything and installing everything. Highly recommend!

After tax season, speaking to other victims of the false promises and fraudulent misconceptions, and filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau along with all the other disappointed customers. I can honestly say DO NOT GO THROUGH NEXT PHASE OR EVER BRIGHT! They will promise everything, and lead you to believe that your payments will be a certain amount and that you will receive a certain amount of credit from your taxes to apply to keep that certain amount, knowing all along that your tax break is broken up into three years and for so many people, it wasn't even the credit that they were supposedly going to have to put towards the solar.
To get paperwork signed Herb, even promises $500 gift cards and they bend over backwards to get you locked in. Everyone that I know that is signed up with this company is now in the same boat... check Better Business Bureau's page and you'll see how many of us fell for it. Please don't do the same.. learn from our mistakes and find a reputable company. Everyone that I know that signed up is now going to have to deal with the increase in our bills in addition to so many people that still had electric bills on top of their solar bill. Hoping with so many complaints, reviews, and investigations into them, that someone will take the proper action against them, to prevent them from doing this to anyone else.

Next Phase Electric installed our solar system. They were very professional and we are very pleased with everything! Their customer service is excellent. This company really cares about their customers and being highly professional. I would recommend them for any electrical work. 😊

Next Phase did an amazing job with our system and even when we did have a problem with our inverter after we switched wifi a tech came the next day to reconnect us and make sure everything was working. Have nothing bad to say about them and recommend them to everyone.

I'm genuinely grateful for the workmanship of the installation by next phase. I'm equally grateful for the follow up call from Jasmine to see that my system is up and running as promised. Yes, it works as promised and I pay a set rate, no true up bill with the electrical company. I rate my system and install 5 stars.

I’ve always been skeptical about getting solar because of all the nightmare stories I’ve heard from friends and family. This all changed when I met Carlos Hernandez from Next Phase Electric. He did a great job educating me on how solar works and put my mind at ease knowing that I wouldn’t be at the mercy of PG&E raising prices. Next Phase Electric did a great job of picking up the pieces of our partial install from a bankrupt company. They kept us updated and would hear when they said they would be. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Got installed by Next Phase 3 years ago and haven’t paid PGE a penny since. Had issues with Sunrun leaving me a terrible true up but these guys came in and saved the day. So grateful for what they did for me!

Next Phase Electric is a great company and the customer service is outstanding. Treana is amazing and extremely helpful. They installed my solar panels and Tesla battery back-up system. When I had a question, Treana did her best to answer it. She showed she cared. As for a customer. I applaud that. Not too many people or businesses these days have employees like her. The company did an amazing job and cleaned up the mess afterwards. When I call, if they don’t answer, they respond to voice mails fast and efficiently. I am 100% recommending this company for your Electrician needs. They are the best in my eyes. Thanks Next Phase Electric for all you do in our local community. Isaiah and Johnny were and are exceptional at what they do. Compared to the clowns I have gotten used to over 2 years of broken promises- these guys are like the special forces of Solar Installation. They take it very personally when a plan doesn’t come together : whether it be due to rain or flaky and incoherent utility reps. They themselves focus on what they need to do and put hard work where others come up with myriad excuses.

These Gentlemen are mission-centric. I felt like I was dealing with the military in the finest sense of the word and that includes Carlye too - coordinating things from the back-office.

Next Phase is a really mature outfit staffed with individuals 1 or 2 decades younger than I and they are quality-hires and needless to say quality-People.

I am still envisioning Isaiah more upset than -even I- when things could not be completed in a timely-fashion because of the utility co. constantly moving the goalposts on what panel will work, what breaker etc.etc.

The company is so considerate - when the utility company left us without power for a day and a night these Lads ran out and got us coolers to keep produce from going bad and several flashlights. We were also offered to be put up in local hotel if we preferred.

My experience is a little different, as the company I started with took the $ and left us hanging in mid stream. Next Phase Electric was contracted by our financial institut and we couldn't be happier. They picked up the project and got us to the finish line. The only complaint I have is then I started receiving mail from electric company and wasn't sure which way I should go, as we are trying to be cost effective and rely on solar and our batteries. Still navigating my way thru by talking to others....However, still very happy with NPE and their staff.

Love this company and their employees! Hayden was the first rep we spoke with and helped us to understand our power needs and solar options. Gehrig and Hayden then came over and together we came up with a solar plan that worked for us. The process was quick and easy! Both Hayden and Gehrig were knowledgeable, kind, and communicative- no phone trees to work through! You get a real person right away! I love that you can text too with quick questions, and they’re always happy to help! Install and permitting was a breeze and we went from planning to installed in a very short amount of time (under two weeks) Looking forward to not paying a True up bill or getting charged ridiculous amounts from PGE and all their rate hikes this year (and every year after this!) we have one set bill for our power and it’s going to stay that way. Also stoked about the tax benefits we will receive next year!
Would recommend Nextphase without reservations, and if you’re lucky enough to work with Hayden or Gehrig you can trust that you’re in good hands!
