Very pleased with this company and the work they did for us. Was very attention to detail. Critiqued every portion of our project to ensure everything was 100% perfect. They took their time and didn’t rush through the project. Used top quality materials to ensure we were getting the best for what we were paying for. Always cleaned job site after every day. Walked through every portion of the project (down to the hardware that we wanted to use) to ensure they delivered exactly what we were wanting. Very pleased with the end results. Wasn’t the lowest bidder but definitely worth it.

They were very careful to keep the work area clean and dust minimized. Our finished bathroom looks amazing! Shane answered all of our questions and communicated very clearly the plan and costs for the remodel. We appreciate his responsiveness and communication throughout the process.

Before thinking of hiring this company consider if you tolerate grown men cursing and insulting women for no reason. Consider if you’re willing to hire someone that disgusting then shame on you. This company is built on principles of misogyny and crude behavior and should not be supported. Absolutely disgusting behavior all exhibited by the owner of all people

They kick ass really have it going on. Conscientious and knowledgeable in most construction. They really did us right. Very versatile in construction. They have hands that know most facets of construction on hand.. If you want a good contractor, that’s efficient And get stuff done call Shane sandborn, we did and it was a good idea!!! I will use him again!! Fast and efficient, safe and complete.

I had a truly awful experience with an SSC driver. Not only did they swerve to block me from safely passing, but they also kicked up debris at my car. Later, when I was stopped trying to help someone with a dog on the road, this driver cursed at me using foul language and rude hand gestures. It’s shocking that a grown man, representing his company so publicly, would act with such disrespect toward a woman. It reflects a complete lack of professionalism and care for the community.

Everytime that I’ve ever used, requested an estimate or even just ask for a referral for something that might not fit their scheduling, SSC has always delivered. Their socials, communication and quality of work are proof of that. Unfortunately for those looking for par or even sub-par job, SSC is above that. I’ll always refer them and use them anytime my budget and projects fit their schedule. Thank you SSC for continuing high quality service. Shane and his team are a Premier Service

I am a local real estate broker here in Bakersfield, For many years I have bein building houses and apartments to sell, I have used different contractors and architects and no-one that I have hired in the pass has come close to what this guy is able to do. He is fast, reliable and answers my call whenever I call him and gets my projects done in a timely manner unlike other contractors and architects that they just took my deposit and disappeared with my money 😂. This guy is one stop shop for all your building and your architect needs. I highly recommend him.

Rich & Lawrence worked fast and efficient. They got the job done and then some. Very hard workers, with quality and perfection. They blew my mind. Total kitchen remodel in record time. I have attached after photos.

Lawrence was first to come over to work with us on our remodel. We removed built in bathtub and replaced with shower. Richard Lawrence and Jessie showed up in a Monday and finished in 2 1/2 weeks. They did electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinet making, painting and tile. All very professional. Lawrence is a master at the tile game a really spent time on the layout

5 stars to Sanco Construction. I couldn’t be more pleased with the bathroom renovation Sanco did at my house. They turned my 1920’s abandoned and neglected bathroom into a spa inspired retreat.

It wasn’t just Sanco’s quality workmanship that impressed me but they also showed design talent and were efficient in how they developed this project. Sanco thought of details that I didn’t. For example, they customized a dresser to become a vanity by cutting out drawers so that the pipes were hidden and the drawers were still usable. Brilliant! Sanco also did a great job solving construction problems as they presented themselves.

I enjoyed working with Sanco and trusted them to be in my home. I would recommend Sanco Construction to anyone. Again, 5 stars and thank you, Richard and Lawrence.

Richard and his crew did a phenomenal job on our kitchen/living room/dining room remodel, and bathroom. He is courteous, honest, professional, and exceptionally hard working. The fact that his prices were very reasonable is just a bonus. He took down a load bearing wall, refaced all the kitchen cabinets, constructed some new cabinets, installed all of our new appliances, tore out all carpet/tile and installed laminate flooring. My wife and I would highly recommend him for any project- large or small.
