Mario is extremely unprofessional. Our neighbor paid for our tree to be trimmed/shaped, and we wake up to the tree being cut. We asked if they were going to leave some shade and got a response “yes” but I believe there was a language barrier because the continued cutting. By the time we yelled for them to stop there wasn’t much tree left. The worker called his supervisor Andrew who told us he’d be on the way and once he got here told us that the man cutting the tree didn’t obey orders of trimming. They both said they should’ve known better and know what a trim is. The owner Mario was called, but he tried to make it seem like everything was okay and not a big deal. No matter what was told to him he didn’t offer a real compensation for his workers not following orders and ruining our beautiful tree. The workers then refused to leave and had their friend come and make threats, and we had to call the police. Both us and our neighbors are all very upset and refuse to pay for the horrible job and customer service this company has “provided”. The police report has been made.

They were very professional & polite. They did exactly what we wanted & left everything cleaned up & neat! We will definitely use again & refer to anyone. Their prices were fair & was very pleased with everything!! Even my husband was very happy & he’s hard to please!!

Salad tree service did a awesome job at our place. Good choice to choose them for project. Reasonable, very professional and eady to talk with. Jose asked what we needed and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and use his business if needrd agin.

They took a tree out of my front yard and my neighbors. They are very nice, friendly and professional. They accept multiple payment option to include zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay which is very convenient and easy. They got both of our trees down quickly and cleaned up nicely when all was said and done. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services.

We had a large pine tree that had been butchered by previous owners and was quite ugly. This tree also served no purpose as far as shade for the house, so I wanted to get rid of the eyesore. Salas Tree Service not only gave a good fair price, but they were also quick to come and take that beast down. We also had a Magnolia and Crate Mertle in the front that we had trimmed along with a Portacupus in the back that was rather bushy taken care of. We were very pleased with the result. We will definitely use again in the future for any trimming needs

This Year 2024 and Last Year 2023 Salas Tree Trimming did an excellent job on my palm tree. Salas has good communication with customer giving updates on arrival. What a wonderful tree service company. I have been impressed from start to finish. First, I called Friday morning and spoke with Sal. He was incredibility knowledgeable and got everything I was saying. He made an appointment for later that day and actually arrived on time.

He walked my yard which was in pretty bad repair and gave great info about all trees and landscaping. Valuable info that I really needed. He went over all my options and listens to my concerned and came up with a plan I was comfortable with. He is very reasonable especially seeing all the work he and his crew did. I have to Maple trees in my front yard and they very in such bad shape. They look so very good now, like different trees. Our African Sumac was growing out of control and spent an insane amount of time pruning trimming and shaping this beast.

The best part he and his crew arrived before our scheduled time and left our yard looking better than it started, He spent a good amount of time cleaning up and removing all the debris. They immaculate. They even waiting until after 8 to start with the chainsaws to be polite to me neighbors.

I could not recommend this company more. Their professionalism and compassion and knowledge will have me using them every year!

I love a beautifully trimmed tree and no one does it better than Salas Tree Service. I have used various tree trimmers over the years and Salas is absolutely the best. Their workers are skilled artisans, hard working, respectful and an do any task that needs to be done. They come armed with chipper shredders, giant lifts, all the equipment needed and their clean up is amazing.
In a day and age where really good customer service is non existent, José and his son Xavier are truly outstanding.

These guys were great! My partner contacted them on a Sunday (which most places are closed) but they responded back promptly and came out the same day to check what we needed. Sal gave us a quote which was reasonable as we just bought our house. When the guys showed up to clean up the palm trees and our other tree they made sure what we wanted and offered to do a bit extra without the extra cost. They were very respectful and nice! Our tree did come out a bit more bare than we expected but they explained everything and the reasoning behind it. Can’t wait to see the tree fill in nicely! Needless to say these guys were awesome!

Great price and quality work. Had them cut up and haul off 3 trees in my backyard. They got it done fast and left my yard looking pristine.

These guys did a great job. We had them trim 3 trees. I called one day, got a quote the next day, and 2 days later they completed the job. They were quick, affordable, and left the yard really clean when they were done. We expected it to be an all-day job, but they were done in 2 hours. Everyone was courteous and professional. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be using them again.

I live in a apartment complex, today Salas tree service was trimming trees above our porch and didn't alert the residents. Tree branches came crashing down on our porch and nearly crushed my husband's plants/garden area. One half of a pepper plant was destroyed. When he confronted the workers they laughed in his face and just told him to go back inside for his safety. That would have been nice to know before they started cutting branches above our porch so we could move our personal belongings that were at risk of being damaged by falling branches. Very upset with how these employees responded to property damage that could have been avoided.

We were able to schedule an appointment to have our palms trimmed within 1 day, and they did a stellar job.
Our trees look beautiful and their team did a great clean up job - they cleaned our pool better than we would have! Lol.
