My tech was kind, polite, courteous, relaxed, and very professional. He smiles a lot, which put me at ease. He thoroughly checked my carpet and rugs, then he discussed option with me. Everything looks and smells AMAZING. I will recommend Stanley Steamer AND Alejandro every time. Thank you 😍

Amazing service I would always recommend them. each time they have came out and I only use them now they do a thorough job my carpet looks and smells new again and amazing customer service is why I keep coming back great job Stanley steamer.. I made the mistake of using someone new last year because of a cheaper price and they did a horrible job i ended up calling Stanley steamer to fix There mess never again..

Cory was here today to clean my air vents. He explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was very pleasant and helpful. Cory was great. Carpets are clean , he couldn’t do everything I had asked for, but was out of the company’s pervue. Cory is very nice, super efficient and did a great job. He couldn’t clean the shower, which was sad, because it needs it badly. The tile in bathroom is cleaner, all in all it was a job well done

Everything was absolutely amazing, the great customer service from Abraham,
his professionalism on knowing the answer to every question I asked, he was very friendly, courteous and respectful. The air in my home feels so much cleaner, the musty smells are gone and what ever he treated my duct system with smells so clean and refreshing. Alex from Stanley Steemer provided service excellence and went above and beyond my expectations. I initially requested carpet shampooing services only. Alex recommended that I should try their tile cleaning services. After two weeks, I called Stanley Steemer for the tile cleaning service. Thanks to Alex my kitchen tiles look brand new.

The service tech, Ulises, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Minimal disruption, everything was clean when he left. Would use this service again

This morning, the Stanley Steamer technician, Alex, arrived punctually at the time arranged.
After inspecting the house, he explained to me that next time I should include mentioning the corridor as a separate piece of carpet. I apologize for not having done so as I was only asked about the number of rooms in the house.
He started working. He worked diligently. When he was done, he invited me to check the rooms. As he had initially informed me, there were stains of tear and wear that hadn't come out. Nevertheless, he very willingly complied to try once more in an area I'd asked him to.
Alex was very cordial and clear in his explanations.

Cory did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and I’m very satisfied with the service! We had him deep clean the carpets and we added the deodorizing and disinfecting spray service as well. Highly recommend.
