I called many A/C contractors in Bakersfield. Napoles A/C was the only one to respond to my phone and emails in a quick manner. Napoles showed up fast after I spoke on the phone with them. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a few hours. They also cleaned my unit. The weather is in the low hundreds, so I was appreciative of the speedy service. The best part was the customer service. They really seem to care about and value their customer’s feeling. They answered all my questions and concerns.

Called Carlos for A/C service. He was on time and very professional. He is the honest person I have seen in this business and very good at his work. Because of his honesty I will call him when needed.

Carlos was great! Attentive, responsive, and professional!! I even hired him to maintain my unit for me every 6 months. He is most definitely a trusted worker who takes pride in his workmanship.
