Kern Commercial has always been a pleasure to work with. They performed a post-construction cleanup at two of my stores Old Navy and Athleta in Bakersfield, and the stores were pristine. The regional marketing manager with Gap, Inc. for both projects said they were the cleanest stores they have seen in a long time!

Kern commercial cleaning cleaned for my boss of 20 years and they did a great job. Never had problems and they did a great job of making sure out office was super clean. When Covid hit you could tell the extra things they did that made you feel safe. I would highly recommend them.

Kern Commerical Cleaning keeps them shiny, glossy and saft. After 56 years of business they are the best floor care service we have ever used.

We had Kern Commercial come and clean our offices and I can't believe how well of a job they did! They definitely did a thorough job in making sure everything was spotless. We even had an issue with glue stuck on the floor and they did an AWESOME job of cleaning it up. They are coming to strip and wax our floors this weekend and if it is anything like the cleaning service provided, I know our floors are going to look amazing! Frank and his Crew did a post construction clean for my Company and did an Incredible job cleaning the store form top to bottom. They even made some old VCT flooring that everyone assumed would never look good, look like new . I am very pleased with Kern Commercial and will use them on all my projects .

They are punctual, organized and provide amazing service-- both cleaning services and customer service. I spoke to Frank the owner of Kern Commercial Cleaning today and wile on the phone I realized that him and his crew have been cleaning our office building for over 5 years! Time flies. I have NEVER been dissatisfied in 5 years with the the janitorial service at Kern Commercial Cleaning. Frank runs a very honest, trustworthy, professional company. Over the last 5 years our tenant have NEVER called to say that Kern Commercial Cleaning missed a service or failed to take care of something. Kern Commercial came out to my store and did a fantastic job at restoring our floors. We had had a terrible company prior who had left our floors in a very bad shape. For our company the two biggest issues were the immediate restoration of our floors and the long term maintenance. Frank and his team were able to put together a comprehensive package that was both extremely reasonable and put to rest all of our concerns. I stayed the entire night with the crew the fist time they came out and I could not have asked for a more courteous and professional group. I would highly recommend Kern Commercial to any business who was looking for good reliable company to restore and maintain their floors.
