First time I scheduled they showed up without the tools to do the complete job. That's not what we agreed upon. Had to find someone else to do the complete job. Maybe you'll have better luck.

completely unprofessional took on a tree removal contract for my company and gave me the run around for a month to tell me he couldn't do the work. After making me sign documents that would guarantee the work done. I would not recommend this company for any work ever in the near future. poor communication and not responsive what's so ever. not the company you want doing quality work for you.

I had Mario’s tree service do work for me yesterday, a day after my estimate. I had 5 Red Woods removed and the stumps, making room for new replacement trees. Great friendly crew, and hard workers. The fee was very fair. They cleaned up and hauled away. Will have them back, for any needed work. Thanks Mario’s

They gave me a quote over the phone and came out all without much effort on my part. They got to work as soon as they arrived and now you can't tell there were ever any stumps in my yard at all. Great work & reasonable rates

A+ service! Can't say enough about Mario and his crew. Had two trees removed the day after getting an estimate and they did a perfect job at a reasonable price. Area cleanup was excellent and they even skimmed my pool! Had some new plants nearby and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend!

Mario’s whole crew were a pleasure to deal with, from Adele in the office, to Mario personally coming out to estimate the job, the entire crew was professional and did a spectacular job. They also were half of the price of one of their competitors. I highly recommend them.

If I can give them a 0 star I would I paid over $1500 for a an infested termiteTree in January. They Left a mess and broke one of my sprinkler lines, and my tree is still saturated with termites😡

It breaks my heart to see such cruel, false accusations against someone who has been nothing but kind and generous to everyone around him. I’ve known Mario for years, and I can say with all my heart that he would never intentionally harm anyone. The person behind these accusations is someone Mario helped when no one else would, someone who was lost in addiction and needed a second chance. Mario got him a trailer when his family turned him away, and now he’s being blamed for an accident that was clearly beyond anyone's control. It's devastating to see such kindness twisted into lies. Mario and his family have built a company based on integrity, love, and a genuine desire to help others. It's so painful to see them attacked like this. I have no doubt that the truth will come out, and in the meantime, I trust that those who know Mario's heart will see through these false claims.

Called Mario's for a tree removal and they showed up a few days later. Kern canyon was closed so they came the long way to get to Lake Isabella. I am very impressed with their skill and professionalism. They did an amazing job and were very careful. I would highly recommend Mario's tree service.

This company hands down deserves every star that was given. From the service I received one the phone very nice and fast appointment worked with my time. To the man who came out and gave me a great price and very friendly. To the crew who showed up on the date I was given and worked harder ,faster, and cleaner then any 3 guys I have ever see. Really amazing to see them work as a team and very respectful and polite. To the man who cam and removed my stump. He showed up as expected on Monday and and did a fantastic. He was very clean with the removal he picked up and blew down the whole yard even cleaner then when he arrived. Great job to this company and will be recommending them to anyone who needs service in my area.

During the consultation, the team member took the time to explain and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They provided me with a detailed quote, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill.

I called for a large tree and stump removal. They answered the phone and had someone out within a few hours for an estimate. Great price, tree and stump removed quickly and no mess left behind! Would Recommend 100%

We extremely pleased with the expert tree work accomplished in our yard. Our huge pines (5) were in much needed thinning and pruning. Thank you Mario and crew: to include Andrew, Amy and Adele.
Worth every penny!

Mario's was decent in some ways but would definitely shop around. They did an ok job on my trees, fixed a pomegranite tree not exactly the way I wanted but it's adequate. They did virtually no clean up however and left my yard an absolute mess. I asked them to come back and clean which at first they weren't going to do for 2 days. When I sent photos they sent someone out. They also broke a couple of my sprinkler heads which I just fixed myself because I just want to be done with them as well as a border to my garden which they denied damaging. If you use them, do NOT remit payment until you inspect their work. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I was out of town and they also left my side gate wide open and couldn't inspect it immediately.

We had 2 trees cut down, the quote was very fair and the crew were very professional. We were very pleased and would highly recommend!
