Came during labor day weekend to fix my fridge even cleaned the filters of my dishwasher free of charge showed me how to remove and keep my appliances filters clean & how the appliances work.... I would definitely recommend to friends

Fridge died on Saturday night. Fixed by noon on Monday. Great friendly service. Any future appliance issues will be handled by these folks. So grateful for them.

I could not be more pleased with the level of attentiveness and professionalism shown by Tubbys. We own several investment properties, both commercial and residential, and Tubbys has continually provided amazing service to every location we've sent them to.

Just this past Friday we had a refrigerator go out at a home where new tenants had just moved in. Tubbys was able to diagnose the problem the same day and fully repair it the next - even though it was a Saturday!!

For those in our situation, having someone like Tubbys you can call to take over and solve problems such as these is a godsend. I will continue to use Tubbys and recommend them highly.

Paul is the real deal. I called to see if he would come up to Coal Creek Canyon to repair my refrigerator, he said he would but wouldn't be able to make it till the next day. He then asked me what was going on with my refrigerator and asked if I was handy and had some tools. He told me not only what part to buy, about $25 but where to find the part, what to watch out for and how to take it apart. I picked up the part and Paul saved me a ton of money. What a great guy, I can't thank him enough. Now my refrigerator is purring like it's supposed to. He told me this knowing full well he wouldn't make any money but he sure made a customer for life.

I called Paul today 200226 because I have a microwave on the fritz. I gave me an honest assessment of my situation and was fine letting me know from what I told him that I needed a new one. It is very hard to find someone like Paul in this world, certainly they are out there . . .

So, 4 kids, no dryer....bad!

Paul @ Tubby came up, diagnosed, ordered parts, and fixed dryer, all without having to deal with the pain of trying to coordinate with group of lobotomized hamsters at Samsung (did that once before, never do it again!).

Paul came up to my house today, fixed my dryer. Didn't try and over charge me guaranteed his work for 30 days. Very nice, knowledgeable and as mentioned didn't try and sell me parts I didn't need.

Cleaned dryer and checked washer. Told me during first call that he could do dryer vent to outside unless it was on roof. He checked location of vent to outside when he arrived and did not indicate any issues. At very end of work, told me he was not equipped to clean dryer vent to outside because it had a bend in it. Vent looks like it goes straight outside (20 feet from dryer at most). He gave me name of someone who does vents to outside only. Called and they charge $120. Tubby charged $165 to clean dryer and check washer which was too high if the vent to outside was not done.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my washer door not opening. He came over after his last job just to get it open for me. He gave me real advice and real number so i could make the best decision. I ended up purchasing a newer washer but would have used his service if i need. And i will continue to use him if needed.
