De La Cruz Cleaning was the second company I called when my friend had a deep cleaning emergency. The first company was a little rude and quoted me $280 minimum for two bathrooms and a kitchen. When I called De La Cruz, Kimberly was warm, understanding, and said $200. She checked with her employees and called me back in just a couple minutes to confirm they could get to my friend's house in West Covina in just 30 minutes. The housekeepers had a little trouble finding my friend's unit, but Kimberly coordinated well and professionally with me. She also followed up with me to make sure everything was good, and was very kind. Because of her outstanding customer service, good pricing, and the thorough cleaning of her maids, I'm now interested in hiring De La Cruz Cleaning for my own home. Thank you!
