He patiently answered all of my many questions and offered helpful insights that made it so much easier for me to understand my options and the process as a whole. The communication was fantastic! They kept me in the loop every step of the way, which was super comforting as a new homeowner tackling my first installation. I really felt confident in their expertise and the recommendations they made for our new HVAC system. When they came for the installation, I was super impressed by how efficient and professional the crew was. They did an amazing job and left the space spotless afterward. It was clear they treated our home with so much respect, which is something you don’t always find in all service focused industries, and really meant alot as we are in the midst of a restoration. All in all, my experience with Piggies Air Conditioning was nothing short of excellent, and I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!

I’m always wary of any type of mechanic or technician because, let’s face it, there’s a long history of people getting ripped off — especially when we don’t fully understand how the equipment works. From the moment the gentleman walked through the door, I could immediately tell by his demeanor that he was sincere, genuine, and hard-working. Still, I let him inspect my AC unit, curious to see whether he’d push for the most expensive solution or offer honest help. To my surprise, he worked quickly and efficiently, and was very upfront in telling me it was just a small, simple fix — not trying to upsell me on a whole new unit. I truly appreciate someone who is transparent and runs their business with integrity. I will absolutely work with him again if I ever have another issue, and I’ll gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of 10-out-of-10 service.

Ruben and his crew are great! They came out and gave me an estimate for a new heat pump system, answered all of my questions, and had the best price of all the companies I spoke with. They worked with my schedule and got the system installed the next week! I appreciate the care they took with my house and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Patrica and Ruben were great. I called yesterday to see if they can come out whenever possible to check my ac unit out and they came out the next day. They even showed up early. It was a simple fix so they explained what was happening and their recommendations moving forward. They even sent me a link of what products to purchase the next time this happens again. I appreciate their promptness to the appointment, knowledge of the job at hand and most importantly their friendliness. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to other family, friends, and neighbors.

Great service - amazed how communicative they were from the moment I submitted the inquiry at 10pm. Booked for next morning and Mark showed up on time and worked his magic. Our a/c is very old so parts were hard to find on a Saturday but Mark and his team stuck around until they found the parts to get my a/c up and running again. 10 stars!

Piggies Air Conditioning did an awesome job replacing my Mom’s central air system. She purchased the Daikin fit with 12 years full warranty. What other company give 12 years on full replacement, full parts, and labor? This is what sets Piggies apart. Thank you so much!

I originally posted about an issue where a technician unplugged the HERM wire on my capacitor and my AC stopped cooling. After my review, the owner of Piggies HVAC reached out to me personally. He explained what happened, took full responsibility, and made it right.

He handled the situation with honesty and integrity, and I appreciate the way he stepped up to fix things.

I normally don’t do a review but people need to know how great Ruben was. My AC wasn’t cooling so I left a message expecting a call tomorrow. Ruben messaged me within minutes and said he can stop by today (it’s Sunday). He gave me an estimate of 20 minutes and he came right on time. He fixed the issues and now my AC works again on this hot day. Ruben was professional, courteous and went above and beyond. I’m happy that I found my go to guy for AC repairs/maintenance. Highly recommend to give his company a call for HVAC issues!

My mom had a furnace leak, and I reached out to Piggies. They took care of it super fast. Great costumer service from Patricia on the phone, and Ruben fixed the issue in a day. Amazing service all around. I’d definitely hire them again if I ever need HVAC repairs.

I had an issue with my heater and Piggies AC came through big time. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and troubleshooted the problem right away. They explained everything clearly, had the parts on hand, and got my heater repaired the same day. Super professional, clean work, and fair pricing.

I had an AC unit installed by Piggies and couldn’t be happier. Ruben, the owner, was extremely polite, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything turned out great, and I’d definitely use them again!

I gotta give piggies air conditioning a 10 star review they did an awesome job put up a brand new ac unite in my new house the we just bought.. originally, we were gonna get another unit that was old and Ruben The owner told me that he didn’t know if they still make it so he was gonna try because the other one was gonna cost a little bit way more money and he was gonna try to see if they still have the old unit.well he text me a couple days when I agreed for him to put up the AC in my house and he told me he couldn’t find the old unit anymore that they didn’t make them anymore .so he told me he’ll give me the next high-end one and he’ll even eat up the cost come on who does that in this day and age not only that but my my contractor didn’t even finish putting up two air vents and Ruben at piggies air conditioner service told he would even put them up and he did it for free with no extra charge like I said before who does that now in age you know.. I know he knew just buying a new house how financially tight I would be and he still did me those favors. I’m telling you if you do not get service at Piggies air conditioner you’re missing out for sure. They have a lifetime customer here with me!
