JR gave us a very reasonable price for labor and parts; so we immediately decided to have him fix our plumbing issue. He did an excellent job and provided great customer service. Last night, we realized we had a pretty backed up kitchen sink and nothing we did really helped, so we called our one and only plumbing company that always comes to our rescue, East Rooter!

Jesus was awesome! He quickly assessed the situation and walked me through all the choices and recommendations to fix the problem long term. He was professional, friendly and efficient in his job. We also asked for our bathroom's toilet to be looked at because it's been leaking from the wall's water valve for too long! He replaced the two faulty pieces and we no longer need a bowl under it to catch the drops of water. Thank you Jesus and the rest of the Easy Rooter team for making a stressful situation disappear so fast!

Our plumbing problem (clogged kitchen sink) was not an emergency, but the Easy Rooter Plumber, Jose, came within 2 hours of my call to Easy Rooter. Jose was amazing - efficient, thorough, explained everything he was doing and taught us how to maintain the pipes. The total amount bill for Jose's work was 1/3 of the cost estimate from the first plumber who came to clear the drain (we didn't use that one!) Jose is a 5 star plumber, indeed!! THANKS!

Today job removing concrete and fixing a pipe that most plumbers would’ve put off until a little time. He stayed until 930 at night to complete the job. I’ve been doing properties for over 20 years. I give Easy Rooter a 5 star rating and highly recommend them for any of your Plumbing contractor needs. When my Water Heater sprung a leak I called Easy Rooter. They immediately scheduled a time of arrival and dispatched Raul who showed up on time. I found Raul to be personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the step-by-step procedures he would perform to accomplish the job. He gave me a reasonable estimate of the work that needed to be accomplished and the cost to replace my water heater. With agreement and approval Raul immediately removed the damaged water heater and scheduled a time to install the replacement. He arrived with the new water heater ahead of schedule and accomplished a timely quality replacement installation. Raul is an excellent representative of the Easy Rooter company. When you call them for service ask for Raul.

The service technician, electric Jacob did a fantastic job. He went through all the steps with me just to make sure that I knew what he was doing and replace the light switch quickly and efficiently.He did an amazing job!!!

If I ever have another plumbing issue in my home, Easy Rooter is the only plumbing company I'm going to call. Jr and Josue could not have been more friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. We had an issue with a clogged drain in our shower. Our warranty company sent over another plumber who looked at the problem and told us he couldn't do anything about it due to liability issues. He then collected his fee in a hurry and left. Our warranty company then sent Jr and Josue with Easy rooter to take a look at the problem. They arrived the very next day, looked over the problem very thoroughly and worked with us to find the best solution together. They were honest and explained everything at every step of the service call. When they left we had a clear drain and a better understanding of our plumbing system and how to avoid future clogs. These guys are the best!

JR was very professional and easy to talk to. He made sure to explain the entire process while he was working and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He also made sure our bathroom was tidy before he left. If possible, I would give him and this company more than five stars! I am definitely going to use Easy Rooter from now on.

We had an excellent experience with Jonathan and his staff, JR and Jose. They were incredibly professional, took extra time to be sure we understood the problem fully, and worked quickly and efficiently to remedy the situation. After having a less than desirable diagnostic from another plumbing company, Easy Rooter responded immediately to our request, coming to our house the same day. Jonathan and Jose took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and immediately began work to fix the problem. They worked late into the night to be sure our sewer line was functional before leaving. Jonathan, JR, and Jose were also very detail oriented and aware of the small things like being mindful of any dirt or debris where it should not be. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future if ever needed.

Wow this is a really great company ! They owner even came out because they were very busy and he wanted to make sure all appointments were taken care of . They went above and beyond with excellent service . I highly reccomend Easy Rooter Plumbing !!! Johnathan even went to get us a new toile because the one i got was to big and Johnathan bought the best one that fit our cituation . And he brought his new assitant to help and learn .

Found this company on Yelp! They replied back in a timely manner and got me on their books. Jose was our technician and he arrived at the time they told me. He was very nice and professional and instantly found why our sink was leaking. We need a new garbage disposal and he went over our options and was able to replace it right then and there. He was super fast and did a very nice job! Very pleased with our experience!
