Way over priced just order you materials online they wont have it in stock anyway. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store in 2018 and with their pettiness we stopped. Against my good judgment we tried them again and of course complete letdown! Conforming orders verbally just to cancel and not get ahold of anyone.. pathetic. Never again.

Best customer service. Been doing business with them for years and Trevor has always gone above and beyond to help make our projects a success! Sad to see the Hemet branch close! He makes the difference and keeps us from going to Walters. Best!

I had my kitchen sink unclogged. Jose was very professional, but also personable. He talked to me about maintenance service to keep my pipes from clogging up. He did a thorough job. I am very pleased with the service provided. I would recommend

Jonathan answered my call Friday evening; and sent JR (Everardo) the next day promptly to give a free estimate. JR gave us a very reasonable price for labor and parts; so we immediately decided to have him fix our plumbing issue. He did an excellent job and provided great customer service. Last night, we realized we had a pretty backed up kitchen sink and nothing we did really helped, so we called our one and only plumbing company that always comes to our rescue, East Rooter!

Jesus was awesome! He quickly assessed the situation and walked me through all the choices and recommendations to fix the problem long term. He was professional, friendly and efficient in his job. We also asked for our bathroom's toilet to be looked at because it's been leaking from the wall's water valve for too long! He replaced the two faulty pieces and we no longer need a bowl under it to catch the drops of water. Thank you Jesus and the rest of the Easy Rooter team for making a stressful situation disappear so fast!
