Called this company and scheduled an appointment to get a repairman out to fix my stove so I could get my gas turned back on. After they missed the appointment i call them back and they tell me they have zero record of the call and now they don’t even service my area? This is a company that outsources all of their jobs to other companies with their ai answering machines. If they just admitted “hey we aren’t able to actually do the job” i wouldve been able to get my gas back on today.
