This is the second time I have contracted Smith's Carpet cleaning, and I could not be more satisfied! The technician cleaned my carpets, and my Italian tiles, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! This is the best cleaning service in the entire Coachella Valley, at least, in my opinion! Keep up the good work!

I have used Smith's Carpet cleaning for my home and many homes that I property manage for over 6 years now and I have been extremely happy with the results. All the owners and referrals that I've given Steve Smith have also been very pleased with their service, attention to detail and on-time appointments. I am a real estate agent so I work with Smith's at least 20 times per year. I've never had a complaint from owner's or tenants.

Got a call back right away after phoning them. A friend referred me to Smith's. Took info on the phone and gave me an estimate to clean two upholstered chairs and a large ottoman. Price was right, for sure.

John showed up on time, was respectful of my home and was honest about what kind of results he could get me. The chairs are both over 6 years old and hadn't been professionally cleaned since the lockdown.

He did a great job and the results were way better than I anticipated. I will use them again for sure and this time, I won't wait as long.

We had Smith's clean our carpets. It was very easy to schedule a convenient day and time with them and they arrived just as scheduled. Ernesto, the service man, was very professional and took the time to ask about areas we thought needed extra care. He moved furniture where needed and was very careful in moving the furniture back. He was very neat wearing shoe covers and when finished cleaning up after. He did an outstanding job which is a testament to the training and standards that Smiths set for their employees. I highly recommend them for all your carpet, tile and furniture cleaning.

Smith's was very courteous and kept every appointment we scheduled with them. The work they did was extremely thorough and amazingly fast. They left our home in very good condition and the carpeting was clean and fresh. We highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning.

From the first phone contact through the on site cleaning of my patio furniture, Team Smith was professional, courteous, and exhibited a 'can do' attitude. They were very understanding when I changed my appointment twice. The technician who cleaned my upholstery was knowledgeable and efficient.
